Aline, from Best Choice, came out the same day and walked the house with me. We needed a deep clean in a fairly large home. She sent the right crew size, explained what they would be doing and what they would need. The three ladies showed up early and worked hard all day long. They cleaned all surfaces top to bottom, wall, woodwork, floors, windows. They were incredibly hard workers, and always smiling and pleasant. They efficiently moved from room to room working around us as we finished clearing rooms for them to clean. I am extremely happy with the service provided. We are asking ourselves why we didn't do this before. Well worth the money spent. I highly recommend Aline and her team.

Watching how hard she works reminds me why I got a maid in the first place! I'm sure there are other maids out there that also do a good job cleaning but nobody offers a better bargain. Her rates are way lower than any of the other cleaning services I looked at. One thing that's particularly important to me is that I feel comfortable with whoever I'm letting into my home. This is definitely an area where Mary-Lou stands out. She's just a really personable friendly person to be around. I know from the maids I've had in the past that sometimes In can be a little awkward having somebody seeing all your stuff and cleaning all around you while you just sit there, but there is none of that awkwardness with Mary-Lou. She's quite accommodating too with her scheduling and she's always been on time so far. Lastly, she's completely trustworthy in my eyes. I'd even trust her with my life! Or at least I'd definitely trust her alone with my property :-p I have nothing bad to say about her, so give her a try!

We ultimately chose Spotless Cleaning by Lucy and it was the best decision ever! This was the first time we'd ever used cleaning services, so I called a variety of places to ask questions and get quotes. Lucy was the most responsive and genuine one. She was the only one to say that she felt more comfortable giving a quote only after seeing the space. That made 100% sense to me. When we met up with Lucy, she was punctual and so respectful of our new space. We felt really comfortable letting her in and checking everything out. She pointed out places I hadn't even considered cleaning. She gave realistic expectations as to what could be done and what may not end up perfect (nature of living in a very old apartment!) Lucy and her team LITERALLY made our apartment spotless. I couldn't believe it. The grime off the fridge handles gone. It looked like a different fridge. The air conditioner that probably hadn't been cleaned in years -- just check out the pics. Floors were clean, walls and ceilings clear, and even the bathtub and wall tiles that didn't look promising looked so much better. The inside of every cabinet was dust-free! They even cleaned things they didn't have to, it was just that extra touch that shows how thoughtful they are. My favorite things to see clean were the ceiling light fixtures. I thought I'd just have to get used to the dirt on the insides because we weren't sure how to remove them for cleaning. Lucy and her team knew how to do it and do it right! Everything was meticulously attended to and we couldn't be happier. We thank you and your team so much, Lucy!
