Used to be excellent from 2000 to 2011..since then downhill.. Covid has exacerbated the downfall…read moreand over capacity of residents in new build in area..really disappointed with response times and no face to face appts anymore..months to get blood tests..constant prompting to receive email response..can't get through on phone..surgery changed hands and management and since then not good..not staff fault..needs more funding..more staff..larger capacity of staff and rooms to cope with huge influx of new residents. A new surgery needs to be provided on peninsula and surgery should advise patients what local peninsula pharmacies can offer under nhs..blood tests??

I have had to resort to going to the A&E for trivial matter because of over a week's waiting period to see a doctor. Getting access to see the doctor is becoming an issue! Tried everything I could think of then decided I would speak to a doctor. Work don't provide a GP service for us and I searched for doctors and these guys came up first. The price - 44£ and this included the prescription the doctor wrote me The convenience - I booked from my desk this morning then saw the doctor during my lunch time. I was seen on time. The doctor - Dr Elizabeth Sinclair was lovely. I think they have loads of different ones here so difficult to say who you're going to get but if they're like her they'll be perfect for anything. I got a prescription after a quick chat with the doctor and was able to collect it from the pharmacy downstairs. Useful info : they're on the 37th floor so worth arriving a bit earlier than you'd think so you have time for the lifts etc! Also, check out my pic of the view from the waiting area. It's insane!

Appointments are easy to come by and if you are an urgent case they will slot you in. The receptionists are warm and friendly and somehow this is the only doctors I have ever been to where I have not had to wait past my appointment time magic.

The referal was quick and the check ups were done to suit me. I've heard sometimes they can be a bit inflexible (pardon the pun) but they have been good with me. I've got a couple more appointments as follow ups and thankfully my health insurance covers it!

Just yesterday I went to my appointment that I scheduled two weeks out yesterday and had a third positive experience. The appointment time was almost spot on and I was in and out in a short fifteen minutes. I was very satisfied with my experience and am glad I choose this practice as my local GP.

Three out of the four doctors I have seen have made me feel bothersome for asking questions and wanting to understand my own healthcare issues. In short, I have not been made to feel comfortable or like I am in safe hands whilst visiting this clinic and would not recommend it.
