This is a gorgeous old (350+ years) country house, on a working farm, in the heart of France's champagne region. It's run by the very happy lady Stéphanie. The rooms are huge, each is different and very fancy: she'll be happy to give you the tour.
The dining room is elegant. I ate the most elegantly presented breakfast ever, and Stéphanie pulled out all the stops. It was delicious, in quaint surroundings, and a music box played whilst I spread jam on my croissants. There are lots of amazing little touches here.
It's not cheap, but it's gorgeous countryside luxury. They book the whole place out for weddings and other events. read more
