I've never dealt with this company and never will, also told my friends not to go through whatever website they used for the future. I called on Sunday and a young defensive girl picked up the phone, when asked to talk to the manager, she said "Sam only works from 11ish to 3ish Monday". Asked her if I can come by to show her the bouquet to get those lilies replaced, she got an attitude for whatever reason. Never called "Sam" because if this is how his employees are, I can only imagine his attitude. Don't bother with this place, not sure what my friends paid, but go down the street to English Gardens, Dearborn Heights and get quality flowers. (They don't even deserve the 1 star).
