This is old school great business and I will be their most loyal customer. Thank you!!! Highly, highly recommend Certified Auto, if you are looking to have a car serviced!

Multiple mistakes in a row. Had the car in and the transmission line wasn't put back properly, had to get a master mechanic over in my driveway to put it back so the car was usable. Then had it towed to them and they did repair it for parts cost only, but for a family vehicle and tow it was strike one. Next it was the second time the brake pad sensor failed after coming out of their shop after they did rotors/pads. No memory of it happening before (i finally remembered after reviewing old invoices) Asked them to contact a local shop so i didn't have to have it towed over to them again and they got too busy to do it. Called again the next day and they did call the local shop but forgot if it was the front or rear sensor. I had already ordered both from napa so i told them to just credit my account for the next work we did together when we weren't on vacation and they said to just work with the new mechanic since i didn't want to work with them, i just laughed and hung up. Oh and the new text messaging system they put in isn't monitored and half the staff doesn't have access to it or it doesn't work properly so don't get excited thinking it will make it any easier to keep track of things...

I've been getting my service there for 6 years now on my 2010 gecko green beetle. Nothing but…read morepositive things to say. Had a door panel switch fixed, bought 2 sets of tires from them, and had them do my belts and water pump over the years. Every time the service quotes were up front and very fair. Andy, the owner and his wife make the place feel more like a family service shop and always have made me feel like I can trust them. On the water pump job, a day later I had a leak on one of my hoses due to dry rot (not their fault at all). Brought it right back, Andy took one look at it and said he was sorry and hates to see cars come back to the shop for a second round. They fit me right in that day to fix the hose and make it right on the spot. Only charged for the hose and no labor. If that's not good customer service I don't know what is. Just bought a certified 2014 golf TDI to add to the stable. Asked on if they do full service on TDI's, and they do. This type of service from a independent shop is hard to find given the complexity of VW direct injection diesels to work on. Most shops will turn you away, but not this one. Instead of going to the local clown shop (aka Vernon stealership I bought the car from), I will have them do work on this car in the future. If you have a VW or Audi product this shop is worth checking out.

I take my car here even though it's not a vw. No sleazy mechanics, just honest and kind people. So…read morerefreshing!

College students/parents of college students/anyone who drives a freaking vehicle GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Issue- car broke down, had to be towed. Fix? New serpentine belt and AC compressor, Problem? The AC doesn't work. This was found this out the first time when the weather was warm enough to need AC on Mother's Day, graduation day, when I was in town to move my student home, and the AC was used for the first time. Today, she went to get the rest of her things, and I called them to get her in so they could tell me why the AC wasn't working. Took 3 hours to tell us their AC machine that charged the ACs was broken, and they were waiting for parts. Could they NOT have told me this when I called? Waste 3 hours for NO fix? Yes, I had some words to say, and the women did as well. Blame totally on us and not them. I asked when it would be fixed so they could properly fix the vehicle we spent twice as much to fix-- or rather not get fixed-- anywhere else but there. It is a 12-hour round-trip drive, which she so rudely reminded me it wasn't the shop's fault... NO SH!T. When I asked for money back to have it fixed properly, a step was missed, because clearly it wasn't charged to begin with... she said no. I asked when the machine would be fixed so they could do the work, and she had no idea; they're 'sourcing' the part. What they should have done. TOLD US & NOT CHARGED FOR WORK THEY DID NOT COMPLETE.
