Moved from one apartment 1-bedroom apartment to another in only 2 hours (in the July heat)! Great…read moreservice, and their rates were excellent. They had their own supplies to wrap things so they wouldn't get damaged in the move. Would absolutely use again!

We hired All Sides to move us from NC to WY in Oct 2020. It was a big move, but their estimate was…read morelow enough (1 truck - approx $5000 on the high end) where we decided to hire them to do full service instead of just loading and we drive the trucks (not a day goes by that I don't wish to God I could go back and change that decision). I liked the guys we were working with at first, and I am an overly amicable person (to a fault in this case). I bought the crew dinner and lunch during load up's. But it went downhill. I'm going to boil down a long complicated story down to the major points: After 2 complete walkthroughs of our house and garage they insisted everything would fit on one truck, but ended up having to get two trucks. This in part made them leave nearly a day after they were supposed to. My family and I were in TN before we found out they were still at my old house (which we didn't even own at that point) loading things up, and told me they couldn't fit my riding lawn mower, so I had to leave it behind for the new homeowners. Next, we were in Missouri by the time they called me to give me the actual price of the move. DOUBLE of what they had estimated - $10,000 with the promise of "maybe getting it lower." We pull into our new town in Wyoming on the agreed upon date but they're running late so we spent the night in a hotel with the understanding they would be there the next day (Friday). Despite multiple updates saying they were only hours away, they did not arrive until LATE Saturday night (contract said Thursday). They took the entire day on Sunday to unload 2 trucks and had crew that slept in at the hotel which I had to shuttle to my house later in the day. They lost hardware for my kid's bunk bed, permanently damaged our leather couch, broke my computer desk, lost parts to a clock (??), damaged our entertainment center, damaged a computer chair, and scuffed our bed and night stands. THE REAL PROBLEM: At the end they "got the price down" to $8300 ($3300 more that the high end of their estimate), cost us hundreds in additional hotel stays, damaged close to $3,000 in furniture, and made our adventure out west to be stressful as hell. We planned on letting this all go - we paid the final bill, tipped enough for the crew to have pizza in town, all with the understanding that the full insurance we paid for would help recoup the costs.... NOPE to date they never filed the insurance claim and never reimbursed us for the hotels. I hate myself for hiring them.

The $4500 supposed to cover moving our items from Summerville SC on May 28, 2021, storing our items in Orangeburg SC for a month, and delivering our items to our new home in Orangeburg SC on June 26, 2021, at 9am. Stryker Moving company did not show up for our scheduled move of May 28, 2021 @ 9am. They did not show up to pick up our items until 11:30 am on May 29, 2021. During the moving of our items from Summerville, the movers dropped our dresser and damaged our baseboards and several other items in our home that was still on the market. Our items were scheduled to be deliver to Orangeburg on June 26, 2021, at 9am. The owner Cameron gave us his word that we will not have any problems with receiving our items on time. The movers did not arrive to our home until June 26, 2021, at 4pm. Cameron informed me that we needed to pay an additional $2200 to receive our items off the truck due to the weight of the items. I requested a copy of the weight of our items, and I never received any paperwork about how the items were weighed. I was then informed by Cameron that all our items did not fit on the truck and is still in his storage in NC. Cameron then informed me that I would have to pay $1738 to receive the rest of our items on June 30, 2021 @ 1pm. We have several boxes of items missing and items damage. As of today, we have not received any information back about our $4000 worth of missing/ damaged items insurance claim that we filed or received our missing boxes that Cameron said were in his storage. https://www.bbb.org/file-a-complaint https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/protect-your-move/file-a-complaint https://www.trucking.org/sites/default/files/2020-10/ATA%20Complaint%20Form.pdf https://www.moverescue.com/
