I was not his fan at first because he was my second Doctor that I have seen after hit and run accident that occurred in June. I did not understand why he has spent lots of time to ask me questions and measured my neck, my back, my movements and testing my pain areas. I have chronic pain from the accident. I am struggling to get myself out of my bed every morning to do simple things without pain med, therefore I do not care whether the doctor nice to me or not. All I care if he can help to ease my pain. The reason I continue to see Doctor Musnick because his laser treatment help my rib. After I seen few more different doctors, I realized this Doctor is a good man. HE CARES for his patient 's well being. He took his time to listen my concerns. He patiently explained and interpreted my MRI report which I had no clue what those medical terms meant. I have really crabby insurance who constantly refused to pay for my treatments. Therefore I have to pay cash. I think his service charges are reasonable to cheaper than other MD. I took 1* away because I have hard time to book my appointment. I have to book 2 weeks out in advance. He is a busy man and I thanks Raquel to help me to communicate with Dr. Musnick Read less ***. Up Date: I add back a star for my scheduling with Dr. Musnick. This is the worst doctor experience I have ever had! When I walked into his office and sat in a…read morechair, he told me it was the wrong chair and pointed to the chair I had to sit in. He started off the conversation by telling me that he was sure that I wanted to hear his credentials. I said no, I just wanted to get started. He proceeded to take over 5 minutes to list his own accomplishments. During the conversation he would ask me a question. I would start to answer and get about 3 or 4 words out and he would hold out his hand in a "stop" position and tell me to stop. At one point I kept talking to finish my sentence. He yelled at me to stop. He talked me in a condescending manner, like I had no idea about my own thoughts. Most of the discussion was him talking to himself as he typed on his computer. I told him at the beginning of the discussion that I had anxiety and needed him to just tell me the necessary things I needed to know. He began listing all of the things that could be wrong with me. When I asked him to stop because of my anxiety he barked at me to stop talking and continued to talk to himself about additional things that could be wrong. Using outdated lab results, He became fixated on the idea that I had a autoimmune disorder without any current testing. When I told him that these results had been remedied and there were more current lab tests, he told me to stop talking. Instead of taking the time to wait to get new lab tests, He actually put an autoimmune disorder on my medical chart right then, without any concrete evidence. Later, with another doctor, it was determined that I did not have a disorder at all! It is a dangerous thing to diagnose and report without evidence. My friend had come with me to the appointment and I texted her to come back into the office because he was scaring me. He told her to sit down and not talk. When she tried to ask a question on my behalf, he barked at her to stop talking! He ordered unnecessary tets that uktimately showed he was wrong. I did not go back to him, but other doctors were able to tell me the good news. They were shocked that the diagnosis was already on my record and it was wrong! I have dealt with other arrogant doctors and I can bite my tongue if there is progress. There was no progress, only unnecessary worry and money. I feel this man is dangerous! On another note, when my friend was sitting in the waiting room, the office staff was having a loud debate about whether fingernails or toenails grow faster, then they started playing tag in the waiting room. A woman came in to buy supplements. When she left they openly mocked her.

Please save yourself some grief and have your surgery done elsewhere…read more Doctor Brakstad made a careless mistake on my surgery and caused me to be in the hospital for 2 months instead of a week for an ileostomy. When I was released he promised me I'd be put back together in 6-8 weeks. So at the 8 week mark, I called him and now he wants me to get a colonoscopy before I get put back together. So I had the colonoscopy April 1st and I call doctor Brakstad's office every week to try to schedule my final surgery and they say he's not here and that they'll take a message and get back to me. Well it's been 3 weeks and they haven't gotten back to me. Now I have to go through the hassle of finding somewhere else to put my intestines back together. I'm lucky I have such an understanding girlfriend.

The horrible performance of his staff drove me to find someone else to perform my surgery. When making appointment, I told the person I spoke with they would need to get hold of archived records from my earlier breast cancer treatment. She said, no problem, they would arrange that. Arrived for first meeting/consultation with Dr. Brakstad - no records were on hand. Left that meeting (on a Friday) having been told that on Monday I would hear from the plastic surgeon he recommends, and that we would move forward with scheduling surgery for the following week. By Wednesday morning, having heard nothing, I call the plastic surgeon's office to see if I can move things along. They have never heard of me, and tell me next week is now booked up. She'll check with Brakstad's office and get back to me. By end of that day, still have heard nothing. From anyone. I guess it's time to go back to the drawing board and find someone else to remove the cancerous tumor from my breast. I sure do hope the two weeks I've wasted on this disorganized operation are not the window of time when cancer cells will have a chance to migrate to other parts of my body.

She gave me ambiguous results with no suggestions for next steps besides returning to standard management tools I'd already tried and that hadn't worked. She literally said she was diagnosing me with IBS because that's what she does when she doesn't know what the problem is. She was barely responsive to my questions/requests for further care and prescribed me something that not only didn't help my symptoms but also gave me new ones I'm still trying to resolve years later. She refused to test me for SIBO saying their (gastroenterology???) clinic didn't do that--and when I was able to get a test somewhere else, it was positive. Overall, "Dr." Han is not only useless, but also harmful. I hope she's developed basic empathy, listening, and deduction in the time since I've seen her.

Very worth it and especially since GI cancers are found more and more in younger people nowadays including in my family.

My husband and I found Dr Raisis to be very friendly, respectful and great bedside manner. I am very, very picky about who my doctors are, and I immediately felt very comfortable with Dr Raisis. In the recovery room I heard staff talking about him, and they had nothing but good things to say about him. In my book, if medical staff speaks highly of a doctor, that is who I'm going too see! Dr Pritchett made a good choice!! Two wonderful doctors, and this morning, I'm sore but no real pain!! I was told to expect lots of pain post op...doesn't seem to be happening! Dr. Raisis in particular was completely disinterested in my case; he was never receptive to anecdotes that would help explain my symptoms (in fact, he outright said he had never seen my particular issue in his career, when in fact it is a fairly common issue and relatively easy to see on diagnostic images, according to information I've gathered and surgeons I've met in the meantime). For a few years I defended him, saying that while his bedside manner was terrible, he was a good "mechanic." That changed when I was diagnosed and treated for a rare infection that Dr. Raisis had neglected to warn me was a possibility of the last surgery he had done on me. In fact, Dr. Steege had seen me while I was trying to get a diagnosis, and he correctly guessed what was wrong but dismissed me saying that couldn't be the case. By the time my infection was diagnosed, there was an imminent threat of kidney failure (yes, stemming from a neuro issue!). I would not recommend Dr. Raisis or his colleague Dr. Steege. Terrible customer service, and negligent doctors with little interest in cases they do not find compelling.

Waited 30 min and saw the doctor saunter into the office - I can't believe he wasn't even THERE. They call us in 5 minutes later. Not a good first impression. The guy was nice enough, but the problem was he couldn't give a definitive answer as to what we should do. He said it might grow back normally, it might now - might have to get surgery. The finger might be infected - probably wasn't, but if it was we'd be in big trouble (sounded a bit like a scare tactic to get us to do surgery). He ended with - "You're a mom - you've got mom instincts, you'll make the right decision." Well, if that were true, I wouldn't be in the your office right now! Anyway, left the office thinking I'd definitely need a second opinion. Dr. Klimisch did my hip surgery about 4 months ago and at that point in time I was having problems with the communication (lack there of, actually) and I never said anything at the time. Appointments ran late, he was taking phone calls during my appointment, sometimes in front of me and I just felt like he didn't care or feel like I was a priority. Well, after our chat I understand why that was happening (staffing shortages) and I feel like he has an understanding of the problems that I was having, AND more importantly, the genuine interest and drive to fix it. So with that being said, I'm diggin' him. My hip surgery went very well, he made sure that I didn't put myself in any situation where I would have an opportunity to re-injure myself i.e. starting PT too early. And now I'm feeling like I'm better than ever. He really gave me back vertical experiences, the opportunity to go on adventures with my husband and truly, my life. Now, I would recommend Dr. Klimisch. If any problems crop up, tell him! He does care about his patients and you will soon see that for yourself.
