Full disclosure here: I, too, am a doctor, so it's difficult to get me to go to a doctor. My old doc at the Polyclinic, Hatfield, has moved on from general care and is into a more specialized kind of patient, so I opted on using someone else there, Kelly Thompson. In person, she looks nothing like her profile picture on the Polyclinic site; she walked into the exam room with her colorful tattoos and a sundress, and I was immediately more comfortable. Normally my social anxiety around beautiful people would kick in, but she was super personable, and actually listened to me. A mentor of mine once told me that "if you listen to your patients, actually listen, they will give you the keys to the castle". She actually did, and she stated that I needed to get a diagnostic ultrasound, STAT. When that came back negative for what we were looking for, she even sent me back for another. Eventually we determined the diagnosis, and while there is no immediate solution to my issues, the understanding of what is going on with me has reduced my stress levels. Dr. Thompson is the kind of doctor I wish I knew outside of the doctor - patient relationship... wait, that sounds creepy! What i mean to say is that she's a great balance of "human" and "professional", and I'll choose her each time going forward. She seems genuinely interested in her patients, and as a huge bonus to her, loves dogs, not just her own. read more

Optum has destroyed the Polyclinic. Waits for the lab are over two hours. It is so understaffed. I am screaming in pain by the time those two hours are up. read more

My experience with the providers has generally been positive, but operationally Optum is a mess. Since they did away with having admin staff at the clinic desks, you can't schedule follow up appointments on check out. They are supposed to call you to schedule, but they never do and then it's impossible to get whatever random scheduler answers when you call to actually take care of your scheduling needs. Studies have shown that when you schedule patients before they leave the office, around 75% of them follow up for necessary care. When you have a post-visit phone call system (like the Polyclinic now uses), that number drops to about 50%. If Polyclinic actually cared about their patients getting the care they need, they wouldn't have scrapped in office schedulers to save money. read more

My wife and I schedule our children for Covid booster shots only to be turned away for the third time, no phone call warning they didn't have the booster shots just more of the same excuses. This place is over priced under staffed and incompetent! Would it kill you to give us a call and let us know if you didn't have the shots when we drive from Auburn to Seattle with two small children it's not exactly an easy task! I have been a patient of Polyclinic Downtown for a few years now and it was a great experience until my beloved doctor left. They stuck me with Dr. Andrew Smith. I am the most low-maintenance, easy-going patient out there but it only took one visit for me to realize this guy is no bueno and I don't like him. I came in for my introductory visit with the new doc for one purpose, to refill my prescription for my inhalers (I have minor asthma). After going through the standard questions about my prescriptions, he proceeded to spend the next 10-15 minutes trying to persuade me that I may not need my long term inhaler and that I should try going without it... wait.... what? Excuse me? I came here for this medication, and this guy is literally trying to convince me that I don't need it. After he finally agreed to refill it, I left. Fast forward about a week or two. Ran out of my current inhaler, so I go to pick up my prescription and they tell me that I don't have a prescription for my long term inhaler. I was very confused. They told me that doctor Smith had canceled it. Are you kidding me? Bad people skills, bad manner, bad doc, and an all around bad look for the Polyclinic. I'll be seeking a different doctor now. read more

In a just world, the people responsible for the polyclinic would at least be in jail. The complete lack of patient care and their profit seeking billing practices are disturbing. They were the worst people to be trusted with the care of my husband. We would have been better off with no doctor, rather than trying to seek care with the polyclinic. On top of the lack of care, they have repeatedly billed us for things we paid for literally years ago. Apparently, in their desire to enrich themselves they hire people to look over medical records and find things they can try to bill you again for. I cannot re-iterate enough how much I despise this place. Stay away at all costs. read more

The worst medical company in town, in dozens of visits not one has been billed correctly. Doctors may do a great job but you have to spend nearly a part time job worth of your own time on the phone with their billing department after every visit and it is truly not worth the stress and tears. read more

I've the found the doctors I've come in contact with have treated me well and I've really appreciated there bed side manor and treatments. Multiple visits to Dr. Andrew Smith were just frustrating. Been with the Polyclinic nearly 30 years and never had such a frustrating experience with any doctor there. Very rigid and not empathetic or collaborative in helping me figure out care plans. And apparently felt the need to disparage my previous physicians care by telling he me repeatedly that he is not him, or that they have very different opinion on things when I've been confused by his different approach. Additionally Dr Smith has contradicted himself as to the preferred care plan. And on my initial visit, he was clearly not listening, as he asked the same questions at different times not registering that I'd already given the answer. Further he jumped to a conclusion with a complex regiment on a particular health issue, only to find it was something basic when I saw a specialist. I'm done. read more

What's new in town and lucky enough to find Dr Smyth it's been years now and trust her care and her pleasant demeanor

I love my Polyclinic doctors especially Dr Taagen and Dr Tran but their billing department is borderline criminal.....as briefly as I can explain it: 1. Saw eye doctor in October 2. Received bill months later for the entire amount 3. tried to call numerous times to find out why the bill was never sent to my insurance company.....no responses to request for call back or to "save my place" in line on numerous occasions when I could no longer spend more than 30 to 45 minutes on hold. 4. Received service denial letter from UHC. My insurance co. was Aetna! 5. Once again went through the terror of trying to get the billing dept. and on the rare occasions I was able to speak with someone they were barely able to even consider helping. Rude, incompetent, lazy! They repeatedly told me they would resend the bill to the correct insurance company. 6. I continued to receive bills for the full amount, then letter stating "final warning" and then letter and call from collection agency. 7. Throughout this time (months) I called on more occasions than I can recount 8. I called the Everett Clinic number vs. the Polyclinic number and was greeted professionally by someone who really wanted to help. 9. I was redirected to someone competent at Polyclinic who assured me that there would be no collection action and that I didn't owe anything. 10. I received an apology letter from Everett Clinic advising there was no balance owed, that the issue was resolved and thanking me for being a customer/patient. 11. Received a phone call message from someone in management at Polyclinic once again apologizing and thanking me for my patience. Nothing more for me to do. No balance to pay 12. Received a call waking me up two days ago from the same collection agency advising me that I had the same outstanding balance and that I needed to pay. 13. Started the entire phone call, lazy employee, Everett Clinic transfer back to Polyclinic and then no call back routine over again. 14. Screamed at the collection agency manager and submitted formal complaints to the WA State attorney general office and to the CFPB. 15. Was told once again by someone purported to be a supervisor at Polyclinic that they would send a note to the collection agency "tomorrow" to tell them I didn't owe anything...no apology just rank indifference. 16. Today received another bill statement showing the old balance as "Bad Debt." Question: Do I leave my preferred doctors due to the incompetence and malpractice of the billing department ????? Most, if not all of this, is documented FYI: The bill in question was for $528. Had I known the hell they would put me through to get this corrected (although I am still not sure it is corrected) I would have just paid it and then left the Polyclinic behind. read more

The physicians and medical assistants are great; however, my doctors and my friend's doctors are quitting in droves. I have lost more than 50%. When I try to make an appointment, I have had to give up because no one answers the phone and no one calls back. The worst are the bills that arrive and are threatening. Polyclinic is running a scam. Charging high prices for visits, labs, etc. Then repeatedly billing patients these high amounts, refusing to bill insurance companies. Insurance companies pay "usual and customary" which is a much lower reimbursement than the amount charged and billed to patients. No matter how good the care is, the scam they are running is not worth the hassle. Go elsewhere. read more

this location is a bit more difficult to navigate than before. that garage is a bit claustrophobic but there is a lot across the street. i gotta get my exercise so i'm usually parking on the street and hoofing it in. the offices are nicer and when you get bored, you can peek out into the city and watch traffic. all in all, I think this is a push from the previous location. read more

Polyclinics billing department failed to bill my insurance (Medicare Advantage) for my last two visits. In between visits they changed their billing department from Polyclinic Seattle to the Everett Clinic. When I call both and argue that I have Medicare and UHC Medicare Advantage Everett tells me to call Polyclinic Seattle and Polyclinic Seattle tells me I need to call Everett Clinic. Neither will return calls or acknowledge that I have insurance with Medicare and Medicare Advantage. I finally paid one bill out of pocket just to get it off my record, but feel I was beaten into submission since they still won't rebill to UHC Medicare Advantage. read more

Wow, Dr. Tanya Hathaway appears to be practicing "doctor-centered" medicine at Polyclinic Northgate. My 17 year old daughter went to see her, as a new patient, for treatment of some minor acne and a rash on her calf. She filled out the form in the waiting room listing both issues as topics for the Dr. to discuss, and was told that Dr. Hathaway only sees one issue per visit, and was asked to prioritize the one she wanted to address. While most adults would have objected to this practice of "office visit fee generation", a 17 year old getting experience of seeing doctors without parental escort wouldn't know how wrong this is. Can you imagine going to a cardiologist and only being able to discuss either chest pain or foot swelling, but not both as symptoms of heart distress? Shame on you, Dr Hathaway! In follow up, I called the Polyclinic and spoke to the clinic manager, who informed me that the doctors have the ability to practice their own policies of patient care (or lack thereof), and while Polyclinic itself doesn't endorse it, they don't prohibit it. Makes sense, as the clinic profits from multiple patient visits, just as the Dr. does. Shame on you, Polyclinic! So, note to self, and to all that plan on seeing new doctors in the future...find those that practice "patient-centered" medicine. Appalled... read more

My son used the Polyclinic for his medical needs while living in the Seattle area. Since then he has left the country to attend graduate school. There was a mix-up in his mail forwarding and his bills were delayed in getting to us. When we did receive the bills - one had already been moved to a collection agency - which we paid. Another bill was still with the clinic - which we also paid. Since that time we keep receiving bills for the same amount and now a threatening letter about moving the debt to a collection agency. I have spent the last week and a half calling their "Customer Service" number without reaching anyone. They have a "call back" option where I have entered my number several times with no call back. (BTW- if you hang on hold for over an hour it will just hang up on you.) I have also sent multiple emails to them with no response. Hence the less then glowing Yelp review. read more

I needed a dermatologist due to a mystery rashy spots my primary care physician couldn't figure out, and I found Dr. Sara Heilig through my insurance company's provider listing. The next available appointment was two weeks away, so I had to suffer a little longer. However, I have to say - it was worth the wait when I got to The Polyclinic. First off, I was on time for my appointment, and they brought me in to see the doctor immediately. The assistant took my medical history and sent the doctor in right away. I'd rather wait a little longer for an appointment if it means that I'll actually see the doctor and have her full attention at the scheduled time. Second, I thought Dr. Heilig was direct, friendly, efficient. She was quick and to the point but I still felt like she was warm and listened to me. I was really surprised to see a negative review of her, I thought she was great. Most importantly, her diagnosis and treatment plan was "spot" on! (Sorry, I couldn't resist a bad pun!) Dr. Regina LaGalbo's office really seems to practice doctor focused treatment. Scheduling has been a nightmare. They don't respect a patient schedule. They will schedule appointments and insist on a certain date without giving you options. Then they'll cancel and reschedule your appointment any time without any explanation. They have no respect for a patient time because they have the belief that the doctor's time and her staff's is of utmost importance. My appointment was reschedule twice in a row and I've only seen them twice. They really don't care about customer service or your experience. read more

The Polyclinic Downtown is a great location near the other end of the monorail so if I'm sick and don't feel like walking, I can just zip right over there. The clinic is very clean and located on the 9th floor of a lovely building downtown. Dr. Bailey has been working with us since we moved here and has a lovely approach on healthcare that combines holistic recommendations and scientific approaches to finding solutions. She's very kind and has someone notating for her in the room which gives her the capacity to really engage. She has some specialties and experience with ADD/ADHD which is helpful for some to know. She's responsive and helpful, seeming to really want to help me get all my questions answered when I go there. Thank you very much for the excellent care. I'd recommend this clinic and Dr. Bailey to anyone. read more

I've been wanting to get a skin check (part of my family has a mole history; these things are SO inconvenient...) done for awhile now and finally decided to come in here to try them: The pre-visit process went ok and Dr Zook's assistant called me in. That stuff was done and the wait for the doctor was a bit longer than I anticipated but she finally came in. I forgot to write about the First Hill location visit, but for a consultation, she was definitely more thorough and efficient at throwing information at me than Dr Leaf and Dr Issik on First Hill (both good doctors, I thought, but much less personable than Dr Zook here). She seemed more in-depth and "into" you, so to speak. Even though she's a younger doctor than I'm used to, I did feel comfortable and satisfied with the information she gave me (and checked online) and recommended I see Dr Rogers for, according to her, one of only a few who can do certain skin procedures in the country. I have to spend alot of money throughout my life for medical reasons and I felt this was another optimistic visit with promising results. To be continued... read more

They are charging me $600 for one physician visit and that does not include my labs. I am being over charged because I have insurance, but the visit isn't covered. I called and asked if they can give me a cash payment discount and they told me no. So if I had went in to my appointment with no insurance they would have charged me half that amount. This isn't right to penalize patients who are insured. read more

Polyclinic staff declined to schedule an appointment because I didn't have an address for billing. I have been a patient at the Polyclinic for almost 40 years. When I retired 15 months ago I sold my house and decided to travel, full time, for a couple of years. I have no address and no PO Box because I travel with friends, always attempting to avoid unpleasant weather. Anything snail mailed to me would never catch up to me. I have good credit and pay bills on time. Every month I check all my accounts to see if I have any bills. I cant believe that the Polyclinic has gone down hill so far (and still in the past century) that they would refuse to see a long time patient just because I am "homeless." I would think that a clinic in a tech-oriented city would know how to work paperless. read more

I love the location and I previously liked my doctor, but the undisclosed charges added to a physical for simply discussing the blood pressure reading and weight that was measured during the visit is ridiculous. Everywhere I have been previously includes basic relevant discussion related to the physical, along with the physical. Instead, I was charged two office visits for the same appointment. When I called to discuss the charge, the billing person was exceptionally rude and said I can discuss my health at a physical but only at an additional charge. read more

Money-grubbing rip off. My dermatologist left the polyclinic and when I called about the symptoms of a drug he prescribed me, they refused to even talk to me until I made another appointment, took time off work, and paid my insurance's copay. They said it was because my dermo was no longer there and I had to become the patient of a new one, at my expense! Offloading the costs of their own incompetence and shortcomings onto their patients. They must have more money than they know what to do with if they're throwing away patients! read more

I'm a big fan of this facility. Not only is it convenient, but it's quick. I'm usually in and out within 30 minutes. My doctor deserves a special shout out. Dr. Leslie Bailey is an excellent physician. I could write a 3 page paper on why this is true - but I'll keep it short and sweet. She's compassionate, open-minded, and extremely responsive. I can tell she truly cares when she listens to me. Would definitely recommend Dr. Leslie Bailey to anyone looking for a primary care physician! read more

I've just finished up with a 3 month nightmare regarding the downtown Polyclinic, dealing with Dr. Sara Heilig and the dermatology billing dept. This place seemed like a decent place to go, so I checked out the reviews and did some of my own research. I was way-off, and my experience has been terrible. To start, it took nearly 3 weeks for me to actually book the appt., because I was looking for a requested procedure that I have had done in the past (and has worked magnificently). An issue I was dealing with was a current lack of insurance, as I had just started a new job, but needed the procedure done anyways. I researched the prices comparable with prices from previous dermatologists, and The Polyclinic claimed to offer it at a reasonable price. So after finally getting the appt. booked, I eagerly awaited getting this procedure done. When I showed up the morning of the appt. everything was going well. I asked again about the prices of the procedure, and got confirmation from the front desk/billing. I was lead back top the appt. room, and promptly waited for 20-30 minutes playing with my thumbs. After Dr. Heilig entered the room, she proceeded to tell me about how the skin is the largest organ in the body, etc, all stuff I knew about, because I actually did do research before I made this appointment. She then proceeded to tell me that she wasn't going to do the requested procedure, and was going to do a different one. Not cool, because I have had the other procedure done, and it doesn't work as well. She wasn't willing to even offer the procedure I had scheduled my appt. for. ODD?!? I told her that i needed to know how much more this cost before we moved forward. She then got all pissy with me, and told me that she didn't know. I said I needed to know, and that the front desk said I could get confirmation before the procedure happened. She was pissed at this point, and left the room. I could hear her talking in a snooty tone about me outside of the room, and about 5 minutes later comes back in with some figures. I added all the numbers up, and decided to go with the procedure, since that was the only option she was giving me, even though it was almost double the price of the original procedure. The procedure wasn't even that great, and know I have a bigger scar on my face than I have ever had in the last 15 yrs of this issue. On top of that, they lost my initial deposit, and it took them over a month to find. Once they found it and edited my bill, I was frustrated, but ready to pay. Then, I start getting bills from other places requesting money for additional biopsies, pathology, etc. The figures Dr. Heilig gave me included a lab fee, not multiple lab fees. After calling the billing office once a week for nearly 2 months, trying to talk to a supervisor to no avail, I decided to go into the office to see if I could get things cleared up. The ladies at the front desk were really nice, and said they could try to help me out, but that Dr. Heilig was with a patient at the moment. I got a call back an hour or two later stating that they had talked to Dr. Heilig, and that she stood by her statement that she fully explained all the charges, and that I was in fact incorrect, and they weren't willing to do anything to help, or talk about it, unless I called the supervisor. The same fucking supervisor that hadn't called me back for over a month. This place is a joke, and will scam you out of your money. I don't know about the the other doctors or departments there, but Dr. Heilig is a crook, rude, and not very personable. She is one of those people that doesn't look you in the eye when she talks to you, and instead looks over your head like she has some sort of entitlement complex where eye contact isn't necessary. I've lived in 6 states and 2 countries over the past 15 yrs, and this has been by far the worst doctors office experience I have ever dealt with. Do not waste your time with these crooks, unless you have the urge to get swindled. read more

I went to get a mole removed from a dermatologist there. The visit felt somewhat rushed, but the mole was removed just fine, so five stars from that perspective. There was a very long wait -- a couple months, if I remember -- which was quite frustrating. But the part that ensures I'm not going back: their billing. I paid my $50 copay when I was there. A few weeks later, I got a bill for $194.38, and I paid it in full immediately. Then three months later, mid-December, I got a statement in the mail saying that I owed another $25, memo "previous balance," and that it was greater than 90 days overdue. I pulled the old bill and compared it to what I paid -- I definitely had paid it in full. I called and left a message with the number on the bill, but didn't hear back. I just called up and spoke with a rep, and all she could say was that it was legit, not a mistake. Not that my insurance decided to pay for a different amount than they initially thought, or that I was billed for the wrong amount, or anything -- just that it was different now. So best case scenario, they billed me for the wrong amount but didn't bother telling me. Or my crummy insurance decided to pay for a different amount than they said they would, and Polyclinic didn't bother sending me a revised bill. Both of which are pretty perplexing and frustrating. How am I supposed to trust a healthcare provider that bills for seemingly random amounts? So, whatever, I'm paying you the extra $25 just to make you go away, Polyclinic, but that was the last time I'm coming in. read more

I posted this to the Madison Center page in November 2014, but since the fiasco started here and I'm still paying for it, people should probably be warned of this clinic as well. "I started going to Polyclinic just over a year ago, at the downtown location. My doctor was amazing, and unfortunately had to refer me to another doctor for the condition I was diagnosed with. This next doctor was in the Madison clinic, which is closer to my office and seemed really convenient. I had such a wonderful experience with my first doctor that I was very confident in my treatment going forward at the Madison clinic. Boy was I wrong to get my hopes up. While the doctor was nice enough as a person, as a doctor she was rushed and didn't seem to think I knew anything about my condition--the treatment I was interested in pursuing, she essentially wrote off right away, advising me to continue with the treatment plan I'd already been on that was not having any results. Then I was pressured into scheduling some ultrasounds that I'd been told previously were expensive and next to unnecessary for my diagnosis. Months later, I'm still on the same treatment that hasn't helped, and I'm over $1000 in debt to the clinic because of the pointless tests and visits I was basically forced into. The last straw was when trying to set up a payment plan for my bills. I was told in no uncertain terms what they wanted for a payment, which was far more than I could afford. When I informed the lady of this fact, she responded with a very condescending, "Well, don't you WORK?" Uh, yes, I do, but I also have other bills, like every other adult human being. She then told me that the payment amount I offered was "not enough", that my case would be directed to a collection agency, and the clinic can opt to "discontinue my care". Fine, discontinue my care. I'll find a clinic that cares about the patient." ------Fast forward to August 2015, and I'm still dealing with this nightmare! Oh, and immediately after posting my initial review, I received a letter stating they had terminated my care... But nobody wanted to even attempt to rectify the awful experience I'd endured.------- Thanks to the Polyclinic's rude, condescending, inflexible billing staff, I am still fighting this battle through a collections agency who are just as rude, condescending, and inflexible. Now my credit is being threatened because I had several unforeseen emergencies and cannot manage the already unrealistic payment this month (after 8 months of faithfully made payments!). Throughout this debacle, I've been humiliated, insulted, and bullied, and basically told it doesn't matter if my family ends up on the street as long as they get their payment. I'm so grateful to the Polyclinic and their friends in collections for educating me about what kind of monthly payment I can totally afford-- It's so nice to know complete strangers know more about my financial situation than I do! Tough lesson to learn, so heed my warning: NEVER let a doctor pressure you into scans or testing that are not required. If they do, they are scamming you, and you should seek another opinion. Wait time & Doctors: These people are so dishonest and could not care less about their patients! I spend more time waiting to see the doctors than I do actually with the doctors. I would go in for a physical and wait 20-30 minutes to see the doctor because they ask you to come in early. Wait another 10 minutes for the doctor to come into the room only to have him spend 10 minutes checking for problems. I really feel like they just want to get you in and out as soon as possible so they can make more money off other patients. Customer Service: If you have questions or issues about your bill forget about customers service giving a ****. They could not be disinterested in helping you out with any issues or questions. Why do you even have a customer service line if you dont care?! Estimates & Charges: I would always call and ask for an estimate on how much I should expect to pay to just see a doctor. For example I called to see Dr. Sara Heilig and was given an estimate of about 120$ to see her. They will tell you that the final charges is based on what number the doctor puts down. She saw me for 10 minutes said there was no problem. But a few days later you get a bill in the mail saying you owe 180$ even with insurance! I also called to get an estimate on how much it would cost to get std testing done since I was getting a physical anyways and was quoted $90. They ended up charging me 150$!!! I HATE these low estimates that are no where near how much they actually charge you! Do not come here to get any std testing.... unless you have met your deductible for the year. These tests only cost about 70$ at the king country clinic without insurance. General Advice: DO NOT COME HERE! They could not care less about you! read more

Pros: everything can be communicated between departments easily Cons: I went and saw Dr. Sara Heilig for a skin cancer screen, which I understood to be a preventative care that is covered by insurance. During the visit I asked her about a mole that seemed suspicious. She said that it was not a mole and nothing to worry about. Then I was educated on skin care in the sun. Somehow I received a bill for an office visit. When I inquired about the charge, I was told it was because her "findings" were not preventative. I was not told ONCE during the treatment that she saw or treated something other than doing just a skin check. Such a scam.... read more

Don't go there! First of all, the response time on the callback from the nurse is very slow. I had called them to ask about my lab results 3 times in 5 days span and no reply! Won the doctor lottery with Dr. Lesley Bailey. As others have said, she's incredibly kind, compassionate, and thorough, and I feel like I'm in great hands every time I come to visit. I've also had a great experience with all of the support staff, especially the blood draw people (you are amazing--thank you for being so fast and efficient!). The location is definitely a challenge to get to, but to me it's worth it, and the office is nice enough. I saw a lot of other negative reviews on the site about the support staff and billing issues. While I haven't personally experienced any of these concerns, I do sincerely hope Polyclinic management is addressing them. Going to the doctor is already stressful enough; so is being in the medical profession. Please enable your people to continue to provide the best care they can--medically, personally, and administratively. read more

This clinic is fine for the absolute basics. Other than that, they rush through the visit, and they charge an arm and a leg even after insurance. I spoke to them about THAT and they said that it really depends on the billing code that they use for a particular situation. So if you are an expert in medical billing no problem otherwise go elsewhere. Oh and if you need blood work results or a refill of a prescription it takes weeks to get the doctors to respond. I pity the doctors because they obviously cannot spend adequate time with patients. As they say in Kansas, Polyclinic is "all thunder, no rain". read more

Never, ever again! I refused to go to the Polyclinic for years because how negative my earlier experiences there had been, and I regret giving them another chance today. I have no idea why Polyclinic staffs themselves with consistently rude, surly receptionists but they do -- and have for years. I work in health care, and if any receptionist was as rude as the fellow this morning was, he'd be fired: No greeting, no eye contact, abrupt. There is no excuse for that kind of service -- or lack there of. I waited 20 minutes for my appointment before the MA (named Michael and the one good part of my experience) came in, apologizing for the wait and offering validated parking -- which I supposed I'd have appreciated had I driven. No explanation was given for Dr. Ali's delay. I waited another 15 minutes and walked out. There was no apology (except from the MA) and no attempt at service recovery. Since this consistent with my previous experiences with Polyclinic, I really don't know how they stay in business. I wasted half a day and lost time at work. If I'd not shown up for the appointment, I'd of course have been charged anyway. One is tempted to submit a bill for one's own lost wages. read more
