My daughter hurt her wrist enough to need a splint. Her insurance unfortunately all of a sudden required a referral for an orthopedic. I called Arundel Peds to get them to fax one. They wouldn't because she was considered "a new patient" because she hadn't been in a few years. My daughter was in a lot of pain, and really didn't need to be poked at. They wouldn't fax a referral even though I explained to she was in no condition to be seen. The receptionist have/had no bedside manner! When we took her they insisted she get shots in both arms (including the sore arm) really??? (Her dad took her or id off insisted to wait) Then when she saw the doctor we were told that a well visit was not even needed. So put my kid through more unnecessary misery instead of faxing a referral. We will be changing insurances and going elsewhere!

My daughter has been a patient since 2009. They came to the hospital when she was first born and were very knowledgeable about the process! My daughter was a patient of Dr. Jobes, who left this practice! We simply adored her and were sad that she was leaving! However, we had to choose another primary in the office and were pleased to with all of the options present! All of the docs and nurses are very knowledgeable and are very good with children and babies! My daughter is not afraid at all to come to the office for a visit! Even for shots, they are quick and get em done! We totally adored the young lady Vanessa who assisted in our daughter's appointments prior to her turning 3! She cared very much for our little one which made it very easy to come back and feel good about the practice! The office is very colorful with a sick room and a well room to keep the children separate if they are ill! There are televisions that have are on children programs to entertain the children while they wait! There are books and toys as well! I simply love this office! I pass many offices to go to this one! I love that they all know us when we walk in, are welcoming, and we do not have to wait long to be called and cared for. I feel like we are there every other week, but my kids, even when they are not feeling well, love going here. My 3 year old Grandson gets excited every time we pass the building and screams "There's my Doctors! There's my Doctors! Can we go there?" There was one time that I walked in with my Grandson, and right after I checked in, without warning he vomited all over me. Next thing I knew the Doctor, Medical Assistants, and even the Receptionist all ran over to help. You could tell they cared! I'm thankful for Kinder Mender and their services throughout the years. They have always listened to my concerns, are very thorough and patient, are always available to answer my questions, and they allow me to be a part of the care that my kids receive. I have always felt comfortable with the information that I was given when I leave, and know that my kids were competently taken care of. It always amazes me when I walk in with a sick child, and by the time that we leave they seem to be miraculously healed and full of energy. We got there at it was packed, I looked online and it said about an hour wait. Contemplated going somewhere else but my daughter was having fun playing on the train and was being occupied plus the wait time for regular urgent care were about the same. We were called back for vitals within 20 minutes and then had a short wait before we saw the dr. Within a minute of being seen, the dr said it was a skin irritation due to an insect bite (celulitus), prescribed an ointment and some antibiotics and we were on our way to the pharmacy within about 40 minutes of being checked in. Would definitely recommend. We have been here a few times and the customer service has always been great!

As patients, we have the right to know what the results of our blood tests are as part of an annual check up covered under insurance, even if the doctor recommends otherwise. I can't think of a reason why an internist would deny a standard blood test at an annual check-up other than being absolutely lazy. Checking blood work every 5-10 years leaves opportunities to miss early detection for a variety of diseases that can be seen before actual symptoms occur, and Dr. Tang robbed my wife of that. Find yourself a doctor who will actually take their job seriously.

Dial America was hired and paid by JHH Medicare Advantage to try and coax consumers to sign up for this program. JHH med Advantage program has been sending me USPS mailings for me for years. With someone elses name on my street address. I am the only one living in this home ever. I have opted out thru Dial AMerica and thru elaine dorsey and douglas hill. They all have put me on a 1 year or 3 year computer supressed system. Out of concern for someone elses name being associated with my street address I called the county tax records to see if this name was an error there. it wasnt. Everytime you call JHH medicare adv program they all say we can opt you out. Take all your inofrmation and never opt you out. This is dishonesty by JHH.
