If you must use Mann mortgage, steer clear of Leslie Polm. She has no idea what she's doing and made my divorce situation much more stressful by injecting herself and her opinion into our divorce. Apparently she thinks she's a lawyer. After telling my husband for 3 months she could refinance our house for a certain amount, suddenly she dropped the ball and said he could only get half that. After spending thousands on lawyers and having had typed up an agreement on the first amount. She did nothing but waste everybody's time and money. The branch manager from Mann mortgage didn't like the truth so he removed my review from thier Facebook page and also removed me. Be careful with this sketchy business. If you want a real mortgage company that won't mess around, check out Bay Equity. I've never written a bad review about a company because I always give them benefit of the doubt but Mann mortgage totally crossed the line.

He sent us docs online to review and sign, but it went to out junk folders, and came from a name of a different person, without any identifying info like "mann mortgage" in its address, text body or subject line, so we didnt realize it was from him until too late, so our closing date had to be pushed back several days. He told us to pay less down and agree to a higher interest rate, and now I think he manipulated us so he could make more $. On closing day, he texted us asking where we were at 11a, but our appt wasnt until 1p. And he showed up late for it. I think he is on drugs. That or he is just totally incompetent. Never again will we deal with this company.

I went into Whitefish credit Union as a nonmember thinking, maybe I would want to sign up but again…read morelike most banks they're worthless. I asked if I could get $60 in pennies , to my dismay, they could only give you up to five rolls of pennies. I also found it interesting that they said that they do not carry loose coins leading me to believe that they are limited on funds probably not just pennies but also dollar bills as well! These institutions are the ones that take your money and distribute it 100 times and then when someone comes in wanting to get money, they don't have it to give. Perfect example why you should hold onto your money! You can't even go into a credit union and get pennies pretty pathetic ! To top it all off I wasn't even allowed to get the maximum roll of pennies. Matter fact I wasn't allowed to receive any because I was not a member.
