After 4 months of no response, he had his business phone disconnected and it went out of business. He moved out of his home and disappeared. I had to hire a new contractor to come out and redo the whole patio. They showed me everything done wrong and to this day can't say for sure this retaining wall or patio will hold. A week later, one person called (probably his name is Steve, but I might be mistaken) asking where I still needed help. I said no. The people who cut the tree were supposed to remove the cut branches. I was surprised when I received a phone call from the company a month ago asking me to pay for the services. I never saw anybody from the company. I do not know who removed the branches, the city, the people who cut the tree, or the company. I specifically said that I do not require their services. Yet, I finally received an invoice for $321.00. I have nothing good to say about Lexington Tree Service except they are fraudulent liars.
