They sent Amir who was very kind and professional. He showed up on time. He worked quite quickly. He found the problem, bought the parts, and fixed my issue. He had to come back to grout as the tiles needed to dry. He showed up on time the second time and also worked quickly. Luckily the issue was just in the baseboard and Amir explained how the damage happened and made sure to seal everything well. It's clear that they are looking to make a quick dollar and not retain customers!.

I questioned the workers doing this as it was about to rain, but they assured me that it would be fine. We had a downpour within one hour of them painting and sure enough, the paint job suffered. I had to contact Aylton, the owner, repeatedly for 6 weeks before the painting was finally touched up. There were many weather days when painting was not an option, but the company didn't try to fulfill their promise of correcting things in a timely manner or without my constant reminding. I recommend looking elsewhere for your railing needs.

He left visible gaps in the framing and insisted that filling them with silicone or putty was a proper fix. It wasn't. A nearby window had to be removed for access to the door jam and was reinstalled incorrectly. When I pointed out these issues, he returned--but instead of taking ownership, he spent most of the time complaining about his personal problems and saying he didn't even want the job. That is unacceptable. I hired a professional, not someone looking for pity or an outlet. I remained patient, flexible, and open to resolving the issues. I was more than fair. But instead of meeting me halfway, he cut corners, made excuses, and avoided real accountability. He also brought a younger helper, whom he yelled at constantly. Even worse, I noticed that same young man frequently putting something in his mouth from his pocket in a suspicious and unsettling manner--while on the job and on my property. In the end, Mike offered a small reimbursement $150. and minor fixes, but the damage is done. The quality of work is poor, and I'm left disappointed, frustrated, and honestly disgusted by how unprofessionally this was handled.
