So, after I posted my first review and relayed my horrific experience with Tyler, the Manager, and…read morehis gang of mouth breathers Dollar's customer service reached out to me and asked me to send in my rental receipt so that they could "see what the actual charges were to process a refund" I gathered the info along with my credit card statement to show verify the charges and show that they match, and emailed them to their customer service dept. After a couple of days I get an email apologizing for the way I was treated and stating that to make it up they were sending me $30 in vouchers to be used at any Dollar location in the US.... YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!!! I would have had more respect for Dollar if they didn't give me anything and just told me to GFY. The offer of $30 in vouchers to use the next time I rent from your terrible company is frankly just insulting. The $30 doesn't even cover the cab ride to the hotel ($40) not to mention my time for sitting in that airport for an hour and a half trying to get a hold of these people. Again, I can not urge this strongly enough....Never, ever rent a car from Dollar....EVER!
