Only use this firm if you are desperate and nobody else is available. At the scene of the accident I requested the car be towed to our body shop of choice. Instead they took it to their shop, claimed the car had not been "released" for 10 days, charged ridiculous "storage" for a grimy poorly maintained gravel lot, and were nothing but a pain in the neck at every juncture.
