And I'm not buyin your BS that two other companies took the Jeep to the auction & brought it back, when YOUR company is listed as an auto transport company. We were hauling a trailer for the first time with our pickup truck and the transmission high…read moretemperature light went on. We stopped here at A-1 Brightside and they put the truck up on their lift and checked the transmission fluid. Fluid level was fine so they did some on-line research to avoid having to do a complete transmission analysis and gave us some very good suggestions. We tried those for the rest of our trip and the light never came on again. Very nice, respectful and the best was - NO charge. They said no charge as all they "really" did was check the fluid level. I'd go back there any time if I'm traveling through Rocky Mount and need transmission work. Thank you !!
