I was so excited to try this place! We were at Sea World with friends and decided to do pizza nearby and then come to mango mango for dessert. It is pretty far from my home so luckily, we weren't too far away from it at the time. The parking lot is large yet small. There are only a limited amount of spots to park in. I also noticed that people were parking on the sides of the driveway. Anyhow, we walked in and it was chaotic! I don't know what happened this day, but it totally missed the mark for me. Upon entering, it appeared that there were only three staff members out on the floor. The place was packed, and every table was full. The line was almost out of the door, and people didn't seem to know where the structure of the line was. We were able to get a table in the back and they said that they can take our order there, so I left the line. It took quite some time for them to take the order and we had four kids with us. It started to get really late and as the staff member came over to take our order, everything I would try to order, they were out of. So then at that point, I said, can you just please tell me what you are all out of before I go back-and-forth with you? He then informed us that all of the crêpe cakes and other cakes were gone. The only things we could order were Some smoothies, some fruit bowls, and they were also out of mango ice cream. Additionally, they were out of the sticky rice, so I could not get the mango sticky rice. It took over 30 minutes for us to receive our entire order. I honestly don't know what was happening here, but it just wasn't good. I got an Oreo Brulé tea, which was decent, my husband said that the coconut mango smoothie was good as well. Upon ordering, I did ask him for another cup so that I could split it between my two kids. Unfortunately, when this smoothie arrived, there was no cup. I waited a couple of minutes, and then I went to the front. There was an extreme language barrier, despite all of my hand movements, and pointing, The gentleman couldn't understand that I was asking for another cup with a cap. It was horrible, everyone was watching. Anyhow, the place was packed and it continued to fill up. We ended up having to cancel two of our desserts because it was nearing the kids bedtime, and we needed to leave. I don't think I would visit this location again, they didn't seem gracious that we were there and they did not seem confident in their products. The employees may have just been striving to survive, but I don't think they should be operating like that. It probably needs some more time but I'm going to just pass on it. I hope it gets better and maybe it is better, maybe during the day and maybe first thing when they open. It was just extremely disappointing to not have anything that I wanted to order every single thing was out. Try it though, it could've been an off day. The place itself is very pretty and lively. There is also only one trashcan, so everyone was coming to the back where we were sitting to throw the trash away. I honestly thought this place was going to be chincy and the food was going to be super sweet and over rated but I was totally wrong! Mango Mango is a chain cafe that recently opened a store here in Orlando that serves a variety of asian desserts and drinks. It's a cute cafe with a good amount of seats. Since they're newly opened the place was fairly packed when we went in the early evening. They offer sit down service where they take your order at the table or you can order take out at the counter. To-go orders get packed in nifty insulated sealed bags. While I was excited about a mango-centric dessert shop opening up, the food turned out to be underwhelming. The mango dessert we ordered (A4) was pretty flavorless. The mango juice didn't taste much like anything while the actual mango chunks were not sweet at all, they were honestly a little sour. However the mango ice cream that was included was pretty good. We also ordered the dark chocolate matcha cake which was slightly better but still not amazing. The matcha mousse was fine but the cake itself was fairly dry. The service was good, all the staff were very nice, and the food came out quickly but I'm not exactly rushing to come back. The layout of the restaurant seemed very spacious. There were a decent amount of seats. It was a nice surprise that we were seated by someone, since at another location we just found our own seats and ordered when we go in. The Snow White mango I got was very delicious! Today was our first visit to Mango Mango, which I have wanted to try for a while. We happened to be going for the K-Pop Demon Hunters cup sleeve event. It was obvious they were not expecting the event to be as popular as it was. It was very crowded and we had to wait outside for about 20-30 minutes just to get inside. Once inside, the line to order food and drinks was very short. They were very fast and efficient with food and drinks. We ordered an Ube milk tea, Oreo Brûlée milk tea, mango pancake, mango crepe cake, and strawberry sundae. My daughter is very picky and ordered her milk tea with no boba. It had boba when we got it, but they were able to fix that for us when we asked. There weren't any open tables because it was so crowded, but we found some tables in the back hallway by the bathroom that looks they had been moved for the event, so we just sat there. I liked my Ube milk tea. The crepe cake was so light and fluffy and the mango on top was very fresh. My daughter enjoyed her strawberry sundae, and my friends liked the mango pancake. We didn't really like the Oreo brûlée milk tea. It was warm and had slight hint of what tasted like oregano? I'm thinking maybe that was just the green tea. Not sure because I haven't had that flavor with other green teas or milk teas before. I think I'd like to try this place again when there isn't an event going on. It looks like a place where you order at the counter and get seated but we got sat first. It took some time for me to decide what to get because there were so many options. My son did a milk tea and I went for the mango with black rice with coconut. It was delicious and I finished the whole thing. Normally I wouldn't especially after dinner. So excited that we finally have Mango Mango in Orlando! Compared to other states that I've visited, this Mango Mango's interior is more modern casual with the beige and white going on which I love. We thought we would just order off the cashier and just seat ourselves like we're used to, but surprisingly we personally were seated by one of the workers like regular dinner service. We ordered a strawberry/mango classic dessert which was so good, and the mango was really ripe and sweet. We also ordered a Ube boba drink, which was alright. I think I just don't like ube drinks in general since it was a really light flavor naturally. I'd want to come back to try more different desserts and try a different boba flavor. Finally, the long wait is over! Mango mango is one of my favorite dessert spot from New York. I ordered their famous special mango sago with pomelo which is really good but I just wished the ice cream wasn't halfway melted. Then, I also ordered their classic mango-strawberry smoothie and it was so good! Since they are doing a promotion this weekend, they also gave me an option for a free drink which is their passionfruit or lychee mango. I'm so excited that we finally have a Mango Mango in Florida! Their desserts and drinks are absolutely delicious and refreshing. However, I made the mistake of visiting during their first week of opening. I wouldn't recommend going for a while until the crowds settle down, or perhaps visiting on a weekday instead. I went during their grand opening weekend (I know it was a mistake but I was just so excited) and arrived at 8:15 PM. There was already a line, and the staff offered us the option to either wait in line for takeout or have our name put down for a table while we waited. As time went on, we noticed people starting to seat themselves without being called. The staff would see them and take their orders without addressing the situation. After waiting for about 45 minutes, my boyfriend spoke to a staff member, who apologized and said she'd try to find us a table. Yet, more groups continued to seat themselves without any intervention. Finally, after an hour and twenty minutes, we were seated--just as tables were closing down for the night. Once at our table, the staff asked if we wanted water twice but didn't bring it until fifteen minutes later. We were able to place our order quickly, as we were the last ones to be served before closing. We finished our meal quickly, leaving the restaurant after two hours--walking in at 8:15 PM and not leaving until 10:15 PM! They really need to improve their system, as waiting that long and allowing people to seat themselves without addressing it is unacceptable. They need more staff or figure out a better system. That said, the desserts and drinks are just as amazing as I remembered from Chicago! My favorite is definitely the mango pancake--it's incredible! I also love their mango juice bowls with various toppings; it's like a mango smoothie in a bowl. While this visit was disappointing, the desserts are just too good for me not to return. I really hope my next experience is smoother! The interior is decorated nicely making it such a cute place. read more

This Mango Mango location functions like a genuine sit-down restaurant. When you enter the hostess will seat you and take your order. I loved the mango sundae! I tried the ube milk tea and I did not care for it (personal preference, not poor quality). I order here several times over a few weeks and it was consistently great.
