Delicious. The staff was nice and helped with any questions we had. Lots of choices. Not wait time at all.

    Mangonada & mango Italian Ice

Can't go wrong with mango and these did not disappoint. Both were massive and we should've just shared one. Service was quick. The checkout/cashier area was further back from where you'd expect it to be, so the flow was off. Overall, it was a cute and clean restaurant.

The popsicles that you can customize with toppings.

Its a cute little spot. I Loved how vibrant it is when you walk in. Staff were friendly & welcoming. We ordered mangonadas and cookies 'n cream ice cream. We loved the natural flavor of the mango frozen ice and the fresh mango topping. I Wish it had more chamoy sauce to make the flavor of the chamoy frozen ice pop. None the less still enjoyed it. On my next visit I'd like to give the popsicles a try. I love the customization aspect of it. Overall it was a nice experience. It hits the spot on a hot day here in San Antonio.

I am not sure if it's inflation or the struggle but this is not worth $15. I will never again. So disappointed and if the flavor was good ok but not even that canned corn and watered down cream on the bionico no maam not good not sure why this has 4 stars

Clean restaurant, quick counter service . You get to earn points with every purchase, which Is perfect because the food is so good! They have salty, sour, and sweet for whatever you crave. Kinda pricey but it's worth it. I recommend a custom dipped paleta

    Mangonada

Mangonaada is really good. I could taste the real mango. Their corn in a cup is amazing. Their corn is made from a fresh corn, not frozen. We also ordered Cantaloupe juice which is just the right amount of sweetness. They also have ice cream flavor options like blue monster flavor.

I came all the way from Hawaii to visit my husband, he had to work one of the days I was here, so I decided to come drive to Mango and enjoy/ treat myself. I bought a corn cup with hot cheeto's and nachos (it has a name but I forgot lol)... I devoured that! Then I had the apple covered in Chamoy, it included a pickle as well along with the Japanese peanuts, and lots of chamoy. And the service was amazing, I had a conversation with the owner and he was super nice, he gave me a pickle chamoy paleta and I ate it within 3 minutes, it was soooooo good!!!

Been wanting to stop by and on a rainy Saturday it was a good choice. The staff was very helpful and it was reasonably priced, nice to have something close to our neighborhood for sweets and treats.

    Mangonada

I like to take my son to mango once in a while for a yummy treat! The place is always clean and the girls that work there are so patient and friendly. There are so many things I still want to try but the dipped paletas are always a hit, and the mangonada is delicious too!

    Dipped Paleta.

My son was excited to try a dip Paletta. It was dipped in chocolate and instantly put on the tray. A minute later he tried to lift the Paleta and all the chocolate stayed behind stuck to the tray, it was a big mess and loss it's appeal. Unable to post a pic.

Waited 30 minutes for a papanacho or whatever it's called and it was supposed to have jalapeños in it so call it how you see it. DO NOT let instagram fool you, specialty items don't compensate for lack of quality.

Had the watermelon agua fresca, super refreshing in this 100° weather! Paletas and fruit cups are good too. Good new business for the town.

This shop sells fudge, truffles, candied apples, and - what I came for - ice cream! They had a lot of ice cream flavors to choose from, a least a couple dozen. The smiling young woman working behind the ice cream counter offered to give tastes, but I had already figured out which flavors I wanted. I chose two scoops in a cup, one of Cappucino Chip and the other Turtle Cheesecake. They have several tables to sit at, some along a hallway and more in a back room. I took a seat and was in awe of the huge scoops given. The Cappuccino Chip had a mild flavor (I prefer it stronger) but a fair number of tiny chocolate chips. The Turtle Cheesecake had an excellent cheesecake flavor with swirls of caramel, praline pecans, and caramel-filled mini turtles. I'm usually not fond of nuts in my ice cream but I actually enjoyed the pralines. In my humble opinion, there were too few turtles. But I still loved it. If you're in the mood for a cold, creamy treat while visiting the Alamo, you'll find this to be the perfect place to visit.

My vote for best ice cream in San Antonio? Lick Honest Ice Cream!…read more This location is inconspicuously tucked away in the Hemisfair District, in a tiny, cute building on a corner. There is no seating inside but a couple of tables sit outside. I think I counted 16 unique flavors when I visited. The cordial woman doing the scooping kindly offered tastes but my ice cream radar had already zeroed in on my choices. I chose chocolate orange and caramel salt lick. In a cup. I took a seat outside and was in heaven. Both scoops were so creamy and had bold flavor. The caramel salt lick perfectly describes it - salty caramel flavor. Have you ever had those chocolate oranges that seem to appear on store shelves around Christmas time? That's exactly how the chocolate orange ice cream tastes. But better. They have a couple of locations around San Antonio and I urge you to find one; you'll love their ice cream.

Not only that, but the food operators were not small businesses but operated by the organization or company running the festival. Nothing unique about them or their offerings imho. I found this cute little creamery on Yelp while I was stuck in a crowd of people trying to navigate down the plaza. It wasn't awfully busy & I was able to pop in to sample a few flavors & walk out with a 3 scoop cup in under 5 mins. I'm trying to remember what the flavor I chose was specifically, but I want to say it was goat cheese & honey? It was fantastic whatever it was & it hit the spot on a particularly warm evening. The staff were very friendly & working hard on probably one of the busiest nights of the year. The ice cream was great & consistency between homemade ice cream & frozen custard. A little sticky but still with that yummy grainy texture of homemade & you can tell they are using good ingredients too.
