Mango Dog Park is one of our favorite places to visit! My dog, Zero, absolutely loves coming here to run around, explore, and burn off some energy. The park has plenty of space for dogs to play, and it's always nice seeing them have so much fun. It's a great spot to let your pup socialize and get some exercise. What a hidden gem! Driving through town and had to stop at Walmart which helped me spot this. Park was very well secure with fence line, divided into big/little dog sides and the grounds were very well kept! Fresh water spigots, looks like the majority of dog owners pick up after their pets, and there is ample seating (even covered!). Easy peasy parking - wish this place was closer! read more

It's a good thing this dog park isn't in Temple Terrace otherwise I would be eating my words about the last dog park I went to there being the nicest dog park in the area. This one is a lot bigger and a lot nicer and parking is very very close and you can easily walk around the interior of the fence line, and it is quite a ways. There is a nice shaded gazebo right in the middle with benches underneath it and there are large old growth trees spaced all over with benches underneath them also for shaded seating. There is all kinds of room for dogs to run and play and there is a nice concrete pathway that goes out to the Shaded structure. There are also multiple poop bag dispensers, trash cans, and water fountain. read more

What a great discovery. It's off exit 10 on 75 north. Big area to run, water for your pet and a few places to sit. They need a few more covered areas for the humans to hang out, however, its still a nice place . There is a wash area for your pet and bags to use . Unfortunately, not everyone picks up after their pet. The park needed a bit of a clean up. An extra tip: Any toy you throw is up for grabs. So dont bring your dogs favorite toy. Any ball or frisbee or fetch toy is chased by every dog once thrown. read more

This is a very nice dog park with space for biguns n lil uns. There are hoses and water troughs. I considered taking a bath but it was breezy out. There are restrooms, a large tree for shade, and plenty of room to run. A lot of ass sniffing happens here. Friendships and play. Pooping. read more

This is the biggest dog parks I have seen in the Tampa Bay area. It is sectioned off into two different areas, one for dogs over 25 pounds and the other for dogs under 25 pounds. This is great so that the smaller dogs don't have to worry about being over taken by the larger dogs. That being said, I actually have a medium sized dog (he is a 40 lbs. corgi) and he doesn't really fit in on either side of the fence. He is way too big for the small dog side but has trouble keeping up with the big dogs, but still tries to have his fun. If you come here, cover up as best you can. There can sometimes be a good amount of ants that will bite you. If you have kids there is also a small playground outside of the dog park for them to enjoy as well. read more

A nice dog park with plenty of small dogs on Sunday late morning. There are 2 poop bag stations and 2 watering stations. There is seating under cover. And there are 3 nice picnic tables under the trees. The cool breezes are great here. I will definitely be back whenever I am in the area. The parking lot is huge so very easily fit my 25.5' RV and I saw a Class A in the lot too. There is a restroom conveniently close. read more

I love this place, is very big, my German Shepherd love it and love to play and make new friends with other dogs. My husband can throw a ball very hard and still have enough space to run and keep running is crazy. Oh and the best is that is always clean! The only thing i felt disgusted and disappointed with was the restroom, if you go to this park please don't go to the restroom. Overall i love it! read more

Such a great dog park! On par with Rowlett and West for sure. Easily accessible from I-4 and MLK, Mango is huge with ample parking and a vast expanse of grassy field for your pup to run and play. Despite all the room, most dogs prefer, of course, to play and dig in the sand pit in the middle of the park where us humans congregate at the picnic tables. Sand + dogs playing rough + owners sitting nearby = I get filthy and sandy EVERY TIME I come here. Oh well. They also have a hose and baby pool which is always useful for cooling down on a hot day. If you're looking for a fun dog park, definitely try this one. read more

One of the best dog parks in the Bay Area, and probably my favorite dog park around. There is a separate area for small dogs, the big dog area is really big. Lots of seating, plenty of shade, and two water stations. Also, fews of dog pools for your dogs to cool off. This park is well maintained. There's always bags for cleaning up after your dog. When water buckets break, they are promptly replaced. There is plenty of parking, and next to the dog park is a playground for the kiddos. They also prepare restrooms for dog lovers who would like to spend time there for awhile. read more

We stop at this park whenever we are in town for work and don't feel like driving up a little further to Hilltop Dog Park. This is a massive open area that is fenced in. Mostly grass. Seems well maintained. The big dog side is huge huge huge and the small side is just really big. Lots of shade to sit and watch your little pup run around. The people their were pleasant and paid attention to their dogs. Recommended. read more

It's no elite dog park, but it works. The positives: the size! It has a very large, fenced in area for big dogs with many tables spread throughout the the area along with dog poop stations. It has two water areas (mud areas) that you can fill up water dishes. Most of the area is grass with some patches of dirt. The negatives: there are only a few buckets to put water in. Mud everywhere when it has been raining or when it gets warmer and dogs go swimming. We have never had a problem here. Usually you'll see the regulars here hanging out. You can tell because they know all the dogs names. Never had any issues with fleas or ticks. The dog area is fairly clean, with the majority of the owners picking up after themselves. There are some very big dogs that come here and I don't recommend letting your small dog play in the big dog area for obvious reasons. We took our dog to this park on a recommendation for one close by. The park is huge and has nice open space for dogs to roam around, run, and play. The are shaded picnic tables if yoj get tired and want to have a seat, there are cleanup stations, even a little doggie pool. We were on the larger dog side, so I don't know what was over for the smaller dogs, but the area was just as big for them as well. Everyone with their dogs were friendly as well. read more

Yes yes yes! This dog park rocks! Little dog and big dog divider with water and plenty of space to run. This is the cleanest dog park we have ever been to. Also, even though I'm not a dog it's the most fun! With so much space and tons of courteous other guests this place is perfect to bring any dog. My jack Russell loves running around here to get out his energy that he can't get out at home. It's such a great place to go. I can only wish it was closer to my house! We come here with my sister and her Great Dane and boxer too and they love it. An amazing place to take your furry friend and know for sure he or she is safe with no way to escape but will guarantee that he or she will have fun. This is a great place to take our dog. It's a large fenced in area where he can really stretch his legs and run. They have a few places with large trees for shade and benches for the owners to sit. Every time we've been all the dogs have been well mannered and the owners have been attentive. I like that there is a kiddie pool for them to cool off and that there is a place to hose him down by the entrance/exit so we can clean him up before we leave. It's a nice quiet place with separate spaces for large and small dogs. We really enjoy bringing out little fur ball here. read more

I love this place my two spoiled doxies are here at least once a week. Its well kept and has a wash area with little pools. Theres a large area for small dogs (hard to come by) and an even larger one for large dogs. There also shaded patio areas for the humans. Very nice :) read more

Really nice park, but there is this nasty cop that is often there harassing the people trying to enjoy it. He makes people leave about 30 minutes before it starts getting dark because he says it is the "official sunset" time. Most people just look at him confused. He walks around with his ticket pad threatening to write tickets. He is just plain disrespectful and rude. He is on some kind of power rush. People getting home from work, can't take their dogs there because he will make them leave right away. It is too bad because the park, the animals and the people are really nice. read more

This dog park is great, however best times are to go in the morning. If you go on Sunday's, go before 9am. At 9 a guy that has no regard for others shows up with his 4 German Shepherds. He sets up at pavilion by the door and every person and their dog or dogs are harassed very aggressively by these 4 dogs. They have knocked my wife down and used my dog like a rag doll. He also will not clean up after them. He is terrible and has been told so many times (by not only me). I would recommend this park however be careful on Sunday mornings! read more

8 years ago it was nice. That was when they had employees working there to make sure your dogs were tagged and vaccinated. If you love your pet stay away from this park! Many diseases from other dogs may be passed to your beloved pet. Find a safe place even if you have to pay. read more

Took our two yr old lab here this afternoon, since he goes to camp 3 or 4 times a month he is very well socialized, loves people and all other dogs, even cats, Once you get through the gate, it;s like walking in a mine field of dog poop, literally you cannot look 20 ft in any direction without seeing a pile left behind by lazy owners, actually witnessed 3 dogs doing their business while were there ( only stayed 15 minutes) and watched the dog owners just walk away like it was something they were accustomed to doing everywhere, for the following, I do not believe there is anything such as a bad dog, just bad owners, There were two guys there who each had a pit bull, obviously one male and one female, they were trying to breed them, My problem is this, my lab was smelling everywhere, like labs do, being friendly with everyone and every dog in the place, when he approached the pits, immediately they both became very aggressive towards him, the owners had to quickly grab them by the collars to get them of of him, luckily they had not bit him, My wife and I immediately decided to leave this horrendous place before we either were witness to a dog fight or would have had to confront these idiots who think it perfectly ok to take your dog to a dog park to breed them, I will NEVER take my or any other dog to this park, it is unkempt, smelly from dog feces and obviously some people there who have no business at such a place. I personally think it needs to be a manned by a county employee to stay on top of people since some dog owners do not know what responsibility is. Even while leaving, there was a woman taking her boxer in the gate as we exited, I told her, watch out for those two pits, the guys are trying to breed them and they are a bit aggressive, her response, Oh, he will tell them ( her dog). I suppose he is superdog and can single handily take on two pit bulls , again, another fine example of people who do not need to own a dog. In the end, had my dog been hurt, I would not have hesitated to protect him by whatever means necessary, from man or beast.. read more
