I travel over 20 times a year and this is one of my top spots. The lodge is a reflection of its owners and staff and it is spotless. Super clean grounds. Rooms were immaculate. Towels fresh and outdoor sitting areas were super clean. Surely they take great pride in their lodge. Extremely happy we were able to get into this location during such high demand.

The place was clean, the spa was great with vigorous bubbles! Well equipped kitchen with all we needed. We stayed over Christmas with changing weather, the heater worked well with extra warm blankets and air con was just what we needed. Our hosts we're always full of info and a friendly chat, will definitely stay here again when in town. If we had to pick a con it would be we found the bed on the hard side, but we still slept well and you can't please everyone.
