He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, making me feel like I had done something wrong simply by asking for assistance. No customer--or anyone asking for help--should be treated that way. I appreciate that my car was jumped, but basic courtesy costs nothing. If helping someone is such an inconvenience, it's better to politely decline than to make them feel unwelcome and disrespected. The lack of professionalism and customer service left a far worse impression than the dead battery itself. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this shop based on the way I was treated.

I was taken right away and before I knew it my car was done. While waiting, I was told I also had a break light out and asked if I wanted them to fix it. They only told me things that were actually wrong with my car, not anything else. Fast forward a few months and my car was doing a weird jolting, shuddering type thing. I brought it other places and was told they couldn't find anything. When I brought my car here, Jason, actually kept my car all day to do check every part of my car, drive it around, check things on cold and warm starts..literally everything. Of course my car didn't do the weird thing all day. When I went to pick my car up at the end of the day, Jason told me they couldn't find anything either. When I went to pay the mandatory $36 lift charge, Jason told me I didn't owe anything. He said I didn't owe anything do them not fixing or finding the problem, and didn't want to charge me for nothing. AMAZING. I wasn't taken advantage of at all. Fast forward to yesterday. My inspection was creeping up as it was almost the end of the month. It was about 3:30PM and I know they close at 5. I decided to take my chances and go in and ask if they were able to do an inspection and oil change. Jason said they would be able to. Woo! He also remembered me from a month ago and asked if my car was still doing the weird thing. I told him sometimes it does, but not always. I went out and met with the tech and he was very polite and professional and told me what he did. I was super appreciative and love that they were so honest.
