Made an 11 am Monday appointment to replace a tire (nail puncture on the sidewall). Got there 15…read moremins early and was told it would be 40 minutes to get into the shop and another 40 for the work. OK, so much for appointments, so I went for a bagel. All told, an hour and a half from the appointment time, so not so bad for me. However, there was one guy there for 4 hours (8 am appointment) and another for 3 hours (9 am appointment). The desk and workers were very nice, but I cannot risk waiting there in the middle of a workday again. Couple this with a very bad experience with Jiffy Lube (obviously unrelated), and I think I will use my dealer for everything from now on.
