She really listened to my vision and what I wanted and got a feel for my skin type. I was able to see how our personalities vibed, discuss details about the wedding along with the process instead of 'winging it' the day of, and she was able to give me valuable advice on skincare as well as how I could prep my skin for the big day. Because of her I was able to find a good exfoliate for my combination skin that I still use today for maintenance. Also took the time to listen to my concerns with the gray streaks not holding color very well. Every step she let me know what she was doing. My hair was a mess of year old professional coloring and at home coloring more recently. This made it difficult to get the exact look I was going for but I knew it may take a couple times before it would be just right. I must say though the result I did get was a beautiful blonde and copper coloring that was better than expected. Rose also trimmed my daughters hair making sure to listen to her concerns about losing length and being very gentle with her head. Rose made us feel comfortable and welcomed to the salon and I will be definitely going back for cuts and colors on both my daughter and myself! I wish I took a picture as soon as she was done but I failed to do that.
