Now to attack my hairdresser Debbie that's unacceptable. Debbie has been my hairdresser for the last 7 years. She is a wonderful hairdresser. She's professional, knowledgeable and caring. She is not the roller lady as Ms Stormy referred to her. She is a professional in all my interactions with her. Because of her my hair is healthier. So Ms. Stormy go find another salon to bash. All the hairdresser in this salon are professional and friendly. They're like one big happy family. Glen the owner is a gem. Very knowledgeable and professional. Your review Ms Stormy is just base on failing to keep your appointment and expecting every to reschedule their loyal customers appointment to accommodate your needs. Name calling of people you never been to before sounds so ummature. Bashing a business you never been to even worst I am a loyal customer who has experience services at 7th stage salon for the last seven years. I give them 5 stars. It is just west of the new Farmers Market on Fletcher and before you get to Suncoast schools credit union on the north side of the street. It is one of the few houses in that area. It is set back off the street with a lot of foliage and quite easy to miss but there are bright signs out front to grab your attention. I spent quite a bit of time with the owner calling who also performed my facial. She is very skilled at what she does and uses a wide variety of techniques, creams, lotions.... She is totally involved in all things natural and holistic which means your face is in really good hands. The space where the facials are is very quiet and serene, and you're looking out a window at foliage. There is no music in the background, dim light and just a total feeling of relaxation and serenity. Currently there is only a hairdresser working there who does cuts and colors than pretty much anything you want done with your hair. There are other boots that people could rent out to do nails or other services. I really enjoyed my time with Colleen, not only the facial but getting to nowhere. She is a very very special lady and you feel totally at ease with her. She speaks in a very quiet calm toning voice and all of her mannerisms are soft and easy. This made for easy conversation between us and we learned quite a bit about each other. At the current time there's a Christmas tree lot and the corner of her front yard which was quite festive. When it comes to your face or having treatments done you always want to know you're in the best hands. I would definitely trust Colleen to perform any procedure on my face that she felt comfortable with. I totally enjoyed my time and my experience there including my lengthy conversation with the owner. There is no doubt that I will be returning in the near future. What's a girl to do? Well, your face is something that is quite personal to most of us, I'm sure if you go you will feel the same as I did and trust Colleen and complete & thoroughly enjoy your visit.

Once I got home, I discovered that several locs in the back were left undone. What bothered me most was that I was never clearly told, "I did not finish this section of your hair." I brought the issue to her attention, and instead of taking accountability and offering a refund, I was told to come back so she could finish what I had already paid to have done. I shouldn't have to pay for a complete service and then be responsible for making sure the stylist remembered to complete it. I was also told that refunds aren't given. That's disappointing because customer service isn't just about getting someone in the chair and collecting payment--it's about standing behind the quality of the service you provide. I left paying for a full service that wasn't fully completed, and unfortunately, I won't be returning. Check your hair VERY carefully before leaving this establishment.

The lady (Jenn) was my nail lady for the evening . She was sweet but did sloppy work. The removal of my gel polish on my toes took an hour and the pedicure itself was painful. The gel polish on my toes was all over the outside of my nails. She then proceeded to soak my acrylics on my hands. (which she told me they don't usually remove acrylics after I called to complain). That was also painful. Polish was also then coated all over the outside of my nails and clumpy. She also waxed my eyebrows while I was sitting doing my nails. She didn't trim the hairs and forgot to do the middle. I texted the number they give to complain and got no response for days. When the owner finally called me back (Elizabeth) she told me to come back and give them another chance instead of refunding me like I asked her repeatedly. My total was $120!!!
