For me it was a real head scratcher. Rick and Tony came out the next day and arrived ontime at 830 am. Within an hour they diagnosed and fixed the problem which was faulty wiring of the GFI. I told them they did not have to but they insisted on repeatedly putting on booties when coming into the house. They have a $200 fee for coming out that covers repairs if they do not need to install expensive equipment. I think that is very reasonable in today's world. Rick, who lead the team, strikes me as being honest as the day is long. It is so good to find intelligent, honest, and competitant craftsmen to fix stuff when it needs. Jim's Electric is now my go-to place for electrical repair, inspection and installation.

I called ITech and spoke to Tony. His calm demeanor and reassurance on the phone was comforting. He gave me the choice of waiting for Monday to do the repairs, or pay the additional emergency charge and have them come out right away. I opted for the right away and was glad I did. Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal. The entire time there, Tony kept me informed every step of the way as well as making minor corrections to my circuit panel. I really appreciated how professional and clean all three of them were . I especially recommend them for major electrical work, such as installing/repairing the mainline electric cable, whole-house standby generator installation, electric (sub)panel installation, or installing an underground electric connection between our house and the garage. For these jobs, they came as a team of 6-8 people and usually got the job done within one day. Their solutions are not only of excellent quality, they also make it look good. Whatever work they have completed in our house has never given us any issues afterwards. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

On the first occasion, Millman installed all new lighting fixtures throughout my place, which I had pre-purchased online. Most were replacements, three required new mounts and runs. Also had motion sensitive switches and dimmer switches installed. I supplied LED bulbs to be used in each fixture. Outstanding job. The second time, I had most of the electrical in my two bathrooms updated, new LED ceiling fans, LED lighting over the shower in one bath and the tub in another, and the bathroom switching reworked. Also great job. The most recent time I had Brian replace all the Occupancy switches in my place because I was unhappy with the old ones I had chosen. Two other external light switches were replaced with versions with digital timers. Again, terrific job. I would have no problem recommending Brian for any job, his estimates have always been close to the mark and the prices fair. Update (2017-04-03): Brian and his team spent half a day yesterday replacing switches, doorbell, outlets, etc.. Another great job, done on time and fairly priced.

Super professional and personable with very clear communication, timeliness, honest pricing. He was quick to turnaround his estimate and was able to work us into the schedule (since it was a one-man job, he was able to handle it personally). Jennifer, who is in the office, was wonderful to work with and so easy to talk too, plus payment was made easy through the portal they provide (invoice and payment receipts all readily available for download!). The day of the job, he was on time, clean, and did an amazing job (I never thought wiring and conduit could look so good!). An overall fantastic experience from beginning to end. My husband and I were already looking for a new electrician since our last one was awful about estimate follow-up and scheduling.
