For me it was a real head scratcher. Rick and Tony came out the next day and arrived ontime at 830 am. Within an hour they diagnosed and fixed the problem which was faulty wiring of the GFI. I told them they did not have to but they insisted on repeatedly putting on booties when coming into the house. They have a $200 fee for coming out that covers repairs if they do not need to install expensive equipment. I think that is very reasonable in today's world. Rick, who lead the team, strikes me as being honest as the day is long. It is so good to find intelligent, honest, and competitant craftsmen to fix stuff when it needs. I had one of their electricians out to give me an estimate for the replacement of some lighting fixtures and to rewire their switching. All of the materials needed were already onsite minus the cost of some wire and a couple of inexpensive light switches. The price quoted was between 1600.00 & 1700.00. When I asked him how long he anticipated such a job might take, he said between two and four hours. I suspect that his high end timeline was probably an overestimate, but even at four hours, that worked out to over 400.00/hr. At two hours, it was twice that. I asked how an electrician could justify that fee and was told he didn't set the fees. I told him I totally understood, paid the service charge and sent him on his was.

On the first occasion, Millman installed all new lighting fixtures throughout my place, which I had pre-purchased online. Most were replacements, three required new mounts and runs. Also had motion sensitive switches and dimmer switches installed. I supplied LED bulbs to be used in each fixture. Outstanding job.
