She had a folder of all the information we were going to cover on services and pricing so I could focused in taking this all in. We took our time on the tour looking at each room and getting information on how to utilize under a spa pass, monthly membership or annual membership. There is a gym, a cafe, even an area to bring your laptop or books to have a quite space in a relaxing environment. On our tour we were even able to discuss the micro needing and Anteage with one of the technicians. Big fan of the salt rock and cryo offered. I have had great benefits from both of those services over the course of my lifetime. I.was so impressed after the tour I booked a facial for 1/26 and am looking forward to seeing how this compound can fit into my new world. I know some people have complained about the fees, but when you make an appointment and when you sign the paperwork, it states that there are fees multiple times and explains what the fees would be for. They don't randomly charge you anything. You have to be able to know how to read paperwork and know what you are signing. They make it very apparent that if you are too late or if you no-show, they will charge you. Therefore, be an adult and make sure that you are not late and don't no-show. overall, I've had a great experience!

These girls are rude and more condescending than I've ever experienced from a front desk! I've been telling them how important it is for me to get my meds at a certain time and they drag their feet give the message to my provider so that the provider can write up the prescription. I have been messaging them for a week now, and because of them I ran out of my medications when I CLEARLY asked to have my medications written up by a certain date. I keep having to go back and forth with the office staff instead of messaging my provider. It's a pain! Plus, all the unnecessary fees of just being part of their practice--even if your medicines are not a controlled substance--are RIDICULOUS. If it were not for my provider, I whom I love, I would NEVER return to this office. Unfortunately I have to stick with them for a little bit longer. At least until I move in a few months. Then, I will unfortunately have to find a new provider. For as much as I enjoy her care, dealing with the office staff I'd just not worth the hassle or my energy.

He has overcharged me several times and on my last visit refused to see my daughter or get her prescription filled because he said I owe for three appointments that I canceled on a couple years ago which was not true. I had to pay $75 in order for them to see my daughter. On my next visit I came back And they said I had a credit because they overcharged me and would not give me my money back. When I told Dr. Wilson how rude her staff was she said that it was not her problem and I had to take it up with the front desk. This place is ridiculous I will never go back
