Be sure to make a reservation if coming here during peak hours and especially on weekends/holidays - you will have to wait for a long time otherwise, as the restaurant is not the largest in terms of size. I think that this place has chosen the 'quick-and-easy' route for many dishes. For example, the lemon chicken, General Zao's chicken, and black pepper chicken are heavily breaded and deep fried pieces of chicken that are coated in a sugary lemon flavoured sauce, red sauce (surprisingly it's not spicy), or black pepper, respectively. Additionally, many of the buffet items are deep fried or cooked with what I'd call a heavy-handed use of cooking oil. Finally, they appear to have limited waiter service. No one asked me if I needed anything and I had to fill up my own cup of water from the water jug at the counter. I saw some international students clearing their plates into two large garbage bins to the side of the restaurant and putting their plates into a grey plastic bin. For a minute I thought I was in a school cafeteria; clearing your own plates into a garbage bin and filling your own water speaks to that experience.
