Their aroma oil massage has made my lumbar and cervical spine pain much better for many years. He does just reset my bones, but my muscles are not at all. Because of the important muscles are pulling my bones and the problem has not been solved. So this time I want to give it a try. It costs 100 dollar per visit, after that my muscles got relax and I slept well at night. I don't need to see my chiropractic doctor every week. I only need to come here once a month of essential oil massage. It saves a lot of money!

AVOID Gentle Care Massage Center. Nothing about it is as advertised. The girls depicted in the ad…read morewere nowhere to be seen. The website is a fiction. Very unprofessional. Only for one star because it doesn't permit the NO STARS, it deserves zero. When I arrived for my appointment for a one hour 4 hand massage for $70 I was told the boss had left on an emergency so only one person was available. I was told that I could have a one hour massage for $50. I suggested 2 hours for the $70 and was flatly refused by the owner on the phone. They make their problem my problem. Too bad it was a one hour round trip for me to get there. The owner returned 40 minutes later and commenced the 4 hand massage. They jabbered and gossiped in Chinese throughout the hour. Not at all conducive to a relaxing massage. The owner tried but was not very skilled, the 2nd masseuse was totally inexperienced and had no idea how to give a massage and was distracted with talking the whole time. Often forgetting to do the massage or applying no pressure. It was NOT worth the $70 which they insisted was half price. Stay away. Don't waste your time or money on this place.

Lisa is always so friendly and super quick to respond and get us appointments as soon as she can. Most recently, we had massages from Helen and Angie who knew just the areas each of us needed extra work. A perfect combination of muscle tension release and relaxation. Not a good experience at all. I came in for a prenatal massage while my husband booked a regular…read moremassage, and the entire visit was incredibly unprofessional. When we arrived, they had no record that my massage was prenatal, and no one had read the intake paperwork I completed that clearly stated I was pregnant. I had to explain to them--myself--what was and wasn't safe during pregnancy, which is not something a client should ever have to do. The massage started 20 minutes late, and once it began, things only got worse. The therapist's phone was vibrating constantly, sitting on the massage table, and was even dropped on me at one point. On top of that, she did not properly drape or cover my body while working, despite the fact that another massage therapist was in the room working on my husband. The two therapists talked throughout the entire session, making it feel more like I was interrupting a conversation than receiving a service. The most upsetting part, however, was that a third therapist barged into the room twice, leaving the door open to a hallway where other customers were walking by, while they stood there chatting--with me fully exposed. We ended up cutting the massage 30 minutes short because we were so uncomfortable. I absolutely do not recommend this place for prenatal massage, even though they advertise it on their website. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it at all. They showed little respect for customer privacy, comfort, or safety, and did not prioritize the experience in any way.
