We requested several quotes via Yelp and got a wide range of availabilities and responses back. While some competitors were offering a cheaper bid, they also recommended techniques (spraying) which we felt were riskier to the new flooring. Ken's bid was the most expensive, but his earnestness and professionalism compelled us to go with him. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of Ken and Rob's work. Right when we closed on the home, Ken came in and did prep work that same day. The team spent 4 days covering the entire house in a color of our selection, designed to brighten up the home and make it feel bigger. While Ken made several trips to grab more paint and supplies, we were never charged more than our quoted price. Near the end of the job, Ken offered us painters tape to mark any spots that we wanted him to take another look at. We could tell he took pride in his work and loved what he did. Each time I stopped in to check on them, they were always hard at brush work (listening to quite the selection of music). Ken even pointed out spots that he wanted to personally take care of, even though we never asked for that - he is just that interested in customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Ken to folks in the future. His price was fair for the quality of work, and he was professional through and through.

We have had to make a great deal of choices quickly - and it has been often an overwhelming process. Eduardo was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable - he made himself available to the many questions we had as first time home owners. We originally had them come in to just do the exterior but there were parts of the main room we quickly found were only reachable with scaffolding or ladders that were way outside our comfort zone. They completed these areas too and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Eduardo and his team for exterior and interior paint, as well as siding replacement. Our home had a lot of rotten wood and he was very helpful in making sure we had it covered in one place, at a really reasonable price.

There is no doubt that they are sincere when they say that they care and want to make it right. KR and 1 of his crew guys came back and spent a day making everything right. The finished product is great and I believe that they learned something about a crew that they may not have known. Despite the original issues, they made an incredible effort and for that I am thankful - a lesser company would have walked away and not taken the time to make things right. If it wasn't for the original issues or if it was solely based on my experience with the owners and KR, I would have left 5 stars. After all was said and done, I am happy with the job that they did. *Original Review* Everything started out great - KR was on time for the appointment for a quote and was very responsive when it came to questions about their services and about pricing. What did not go well was the actual job. When it came to protecting the home and floors from over spray. Paint on the wood floors, paint on the gas fireplace, paint in the grout of the tile, paint on the shower glass, paint on door hinges and plates. They even lost some of the hinges and just hung the doors up without them. They attempted to come to the house and correct some of the issues and literally made it worse by getting espresso paint on our new carpet - we had to have the carpet in that area replaced. They also were supposed to fix a crack in the ceiling and the caulk they put in there lasted for about a week.

From the get-go Adam was super easy to work with and made the process from start-to-finish really smooth. After the initial email he dropped in for a quick look at the rooms and to give us the quote for the work. The cost was in-line with what the other quotes were and Adam was using a gentler kind of paint since it was for our kid rooms. We set up the quote meeting shortly before a family vacation we had planned and once we decided to go with Adam he was able to set up the actual painting appointment for the day before we left which was ideal for us so that we could have the work done earlier and the room could sit unoccupied for a while. On the day of the painting, he was prompt, polite, and professional. He patched holes that we didn't want to use again and left the ones we planned to re-use. And the finished walls look great. I will absolutely call Adam and District Paint again when we have future painting needs.
