We were like 40 min out but I saw this place advertised on Social media - yes I try to confirm the hype. I am not sure if I would come back again. I don't like repeats if I don't feel welcomed. Maybe due to the fact we popped in an hour before closing-when we walked in, the person at the front counter, just glanced at us and quickly looked away. No smile at all, no "hello" or " welcome". When you drive 40 minutes out to check out a place, it would be nice to come into a welcoming environment at entry. I did like the selection of women's dresses and clothes. I did not have time to look at all the vinyls, but it seemed like they had a really good selection. A lot of DVDs, some cool VHS movies. They had this big closet of board games. It's a nice little spot. I wish they had more springtime goodies as that was my goal, to find Easter or springtime items. I guess for vintage, the prices can be on the fair side. My daughter wanted a couple stickers and I think that $1 dollar per sticker is a little bit high. I went to a place recently that gave you four stickers for $1, with a similar selection offered. They have a cute ring selection, $5.99 per ring. Actually, they have a really cute overall jewelry selection. Rings, necklaces, bracelets, a few watches and earrings. I really liked the jewelry section. I would probably take a trip to come out for more jewelry TBH. When it was time to purchase, the front counter person, seemed to spark up a personality, lol, so the ending wasn't too bad. After purchase, then I felt like a welcomed customer.

Literally just left, and had to write a review as soon as possible…read more I've been Thrifting forever and this is by far one of my favorite thrift stores now. They got me as a long lasting customer. I will probably travel here every single weekend. I drove nearly an hour away from Dana point. I found them on Facebook and figured I would have to try out the fill a bag sale They have on Saturdays. It was well worth my time. They have a fantastic things at absolutely amazing prices. The people who work there seem to be a tight family. I didn't ask if they were the owners, but they definitely could've been. They were really really nice! I don't care where you are in southern California. This is an absolute go to spot!

Upon entering we were greeted by the gentleman who was asking us whether this is our first time and when we said yes, this is the time we get useful information regarding deal of the day as well the items that part of the $2 deals. I was aiming particularly on baby clothes and they are super cute and in good condition. There are so many things that you don't imagine available in this store, including 'reflective' vest which happened to be part of the deal that day! I understand the space is quite limited therefore all pants were folded in a way to save some space, though practically it is a lil bit challenging every time wanna check them in detail. Other than that, our experience was super pleasant!

I was never late on rent, never caused issues, and always took care of my apartment. That's why I was shocked by how management treated me after my apartment flooded due to a faulty toilet part. I had written statements from TWO different plumbers confirming the flood was caused by a faulty toilet component and that I was not at fault. I sent those statements directly to property management, and they completely ignored them and refused to address the evidence. Their only argument was that I "failed to report the issue," but I had no knowledge there was an issue until the day of the flood. You can't report a problem you don't know exists. They even filed a claim with my renters insurance on my behalf, and my insurance denied the claim twice because there was no proof I caused the flood. Despite all of this, management continued trying to charge me thousands of dollars in damages. After the flood, they only partially replaced my carpet and told me I could pay for the rest myself if I wanted it to match. It was such an eye sore and I was completely embarrassed to have anyone over. They later tried charging me for that carpet too. The entire situation made the last year of my time there extremely stressful and miserable. I couldn't wait until my lease was up. They even sent me a notice stating they were applying my rent payment to the damages and I was now late on rent which is completely illegal. Yes, I have this in writing from them too. When I finally gave notice to move out, management suddenly apologized and offered to "drop everything," but by then it was too late. Even after I moved out, they are STILL trying to charge me for damages despite the plumber statements and insurance denial. They took my security deposit and are stating I owe the balance. Please document everything if you live here. I have proof of everything stated in this review.

They were easy to work with and extremely quick turnaround time...we even went out to their shop to inspect it before we committed to having them refinish our desk. Their shop was spotless and they had a number of items to inspect and that is what sealed the deal for us is that their shop was spotless and very nice things they were working on. They also came and picked up the desk and delivered it back here as well... this was a risk for us because we had reached out to a handful of companies a couple years ago and looked at their work online and was just not happy with their work. If you are in the market for having some furniture refinished, we strongly recommend Heredia Antiques.

I am beyond satisfied with the workmanship, the turnaround time, and the friendliness of Zeferino Heredia and his staff. I requested that they try to keep the new finish as close as possible to the original finish, and they were able to reproduce it perfectly. All of the dents, dings, scuffing, and scratches are no longer visible, and the worst damage (a large crack on the inside of the one of the doors) is fixed and no longer visible. This piece is ready to go for another lifetime. It was one week from pickup to dropoff, which I found very surprising considering the quality of the work. After I spent some time to look over the piece in detail once it was dropped off, I noticed just how much care was put into the restoration. The finish is completely smooth and uniform, and even the dirty aluminum hardware was cleaned and polished. The work was so well done that it's not obvious that any restoration work was performed, which is exactly what I (and I expect most customers) want for an antique restoration. It's also worth noting that I called another furniture restoration company before Heredia who quoted about double what Heredia charged, including the delivery (pickup and dropoff) charges. I don't think it's possible that the other company could have done a better job than what was done by Heredia. In the attached photos, there are some before and after pics of some of the most significant wear/damage that was repaired. I am now actively looking for more good deals on worn/beat-up mid century pieces so that I can have more work done by Heredia Antiques. I highly recommend them and will work with them again without hesitation.

Unlike, other donation centers we've been to they actually make you feel WELCOMED and APPRECIATED for your donations. I'm used to seeing people being burdened by us coming in to make donations but, not this place. They are so patient and kind here... We donated a lot of items that our family didn't need anymore and items my father in law left behind since his passing. We did not want to do an estate sale so we packed up a lot of kitchenware and linen for the donation center... There was an optional monetary donation to be made afterwards. You can also make a DONATION with a QR CODE... The STORE also has a wide selection of GOODWILL items for sale... VALUE: I really value great customer service here. We went on a Sunday morning and it was such a memorable experience that I wanted to share it with EVERYONE on YELP! By the way, the donation center is located at the front and not the back like most other places... PARKING: Convenient and plenty of parking is available in front of the store and donation center... This location has people lining up on the daily to donate. Right now I'm staring at three large trucks in the dirt lot, and I realize that the stuff that is donated goes to a processing center, but this store is bare bones all the time now except for clothing. And the items they do get are junk, dollar store stuff, broken and just not good quality. I used to shop here and find cool vintage stuff and now that's really hard to come by. I'm here when they open the new boxes to fill the shelves and it's junk and hardly makes a dent. Do better. Not everyone wants to shop your online store. And also, please don't have your employees at the registers have their backs to us in line because people don't know that the line starts at the orange cone in the middle of the store (because why?, It's ghetto.) and people cut in line a lot because of this confusion and employees don't see it. We are dying for good thrift in this town. Please help this store!!
