RUN AWAY!!! NEVER USE POSEIDON MARINE!!!!!…read more I received an unsolicited text message about quick turnaround times for mobile service. As I needed annual service on my wave runner I gave them a call. I asked "how much will annual service cost including replacement of the battery?" All the guy on the phone could tell me was "it shouldn't be that much." I told him to go ahead and schedule the service but that I wanted to be called with an estimate before any work was done. A couple of days later I received an invoice for over $2,000 (!!!!!). I immediately called and requested clarification- I waited and waited, called back multiple times and finally was able to talk with "customer service." They are insisting that $2000 is in line with their regular charge for annual service for a wave runner. If that is true I have ZERO idea how they remain in business. It took the certified technician 5.2 hours of time (labor charge)... I'm not a certified technician and could have easily done the job in 1/2 that time. Now they are trying to say that I authorized the service and I am responsible for the charges. I have contacted my credit card company and an attorney will be next. If anyone wants to join a class action lawsuit against this unscrupulous business we should get together and file.

Add to this a very reasonable bill and one could not ask for more --especially here in the Florida market. I highly recommend them.
