She was kind and helpful and nice to our kids. This year she was completely unhinged. She was rude to both of us and even scolded our 18 month old. She said STOP "TOUCHING MY DESK! Now I have to disinfect everything including the hallway!" there were no special instructions about COVID or bringing kids or hand sanitizer or whatever. I took my kid to the truck and waited there and my wife finished everything up without me. She said Rebecca was so rude, didn't offer any commentary or advice or customer service at all. Even going so far as to scold her husband for bringing her the wrong folder and touching the door without washing his hands first. My wife left in tears. She was sobbing in the parking lot. On my way out I asked the person at the front desk "what happened to her? (Pointing to the office). last year she was so nice?" We will NEVER go there ever again. That lady should not be dealing with customers.

Audit ongoing, the customer stands to lose the same-said thousands of dollars due to the preparer's mistake. Upon inquiry (after letter of assessment was received) by the customer, a representative informed the customer that she could not answer any questions about the tax return per the instruction of her supervisor, and that they would get back to her at a time undetermined. Further attempts at communication by the customer with the preparation office went unacknowledged. The company has yet to make contact with the customer, and the offices are closed. Kimber Accounting and their Express Tax service are unreliable at best, and profoundly unprofessional. Unfortunately, one cannot assigned less than 1 star. Not recommended.
