I hesitate to give 5 star in ratings usually, because I think it looks phony when a company/product only scores perfect .... but I couldn't score B.I.G. anything less after being a loyal customer the past several years. Not only is our insurance policies competitive regarding premiums, but the team at B.I.G. customized our policies to what we need ... insurance limits, deductible, combination of policies, etc. It wasn't a cookie-cutter mass production of client policies. Additionally, B.I.G. regularly reviews which insurance company it makes the most sense to go with for me, as I previously had a speeding ticket and more recently have a minor medical issue. Their inside knowledge of underwriting procedures, customer loyal programs, and others provide more insight into which insurance company makes sense beyond just the premium price. So, five stars seems "all too perfect" ... but I honestly don't know how else to rank the team at B.I.G. read more
