From the very beginning, Eric was incredibly responsive and helpful. Even before our shoot, he shared great tips and answered all our questions, which made us feel confident and excited going into the day. On the day of our wedding, Eric showed up early and was extremely professional. His talent and vision were clear right away. My husband and I aren't the most experienced when it comes to posing, but Eric guided us through everything so naturally. One of the best parts? The turnaround time. He sent us a sneak peek of the photos just a few hours after the shoot -- and they already looked amazing! By the next day, he sent over all the unedited photos so we could choose our favorites. The final edits came back in just a week, and you could tell he put a lot of time and effort into each image. If you're looking for a talented, professional, and genuinely kind photographer, I highly recommend Eric. He captured our special day beautifully and made the whole process easy and enjoyable!

100% would not recommend…read more My fiancé and I booked him for our wedding. He made it seem like it was a duo deal the entire time. Then my fiancé went to one of his workshops and was excited to meet him - it was terrrible. So unorganized and unprofessional. He had nothing planned out, models didn't even have rings, he had another photographer pick up the dress for him and it took multiple emails for him to pay her. AND instead of Cienna, he brought one of his buddies who was unprofessional throughout the entire experience (this apparently happens on all of his retreats according to other photographers who have attended). I complained and said I didn't think he was the right photographer for us and that I did not feel comfortable with a solo male photographer, especially with him bringing one of his buddies along. He was very persistent on being my photographer still. I even explained that my son would not feel comfortable with him as on the retreat he was escorted off of lands by park rangers and police. My son, who has multiple disabilities, would be mortified if this occurred on our wedding day - as I also would. He finally responded and said that he technically could refund me (but would not do the retainer which I was upset with because it was technically false advertising - I paid full price for 2 photographers). BUT he told me he did not have the funds to refund me right now and then asked me to be patient with him. I have sent multiple emails and letters without a response since. THEN he posted to his Instagram about "rebranding" and stating it would just be him from now on and even change his name and BLOCKED my fiancé and I from seeing the post.... How professional. Thankfully we have numerous photographer friends who shared all of the stories and posts with us. After reading these other reviews, he is definitely a scam artist and I would not recommend using him unless you want a bad experience and to lose money/not get your money's worth. I assume these other "great" reviews are from models rather than actual photographers or couples who have booked him. What a terrible way to start a day that is suppose to be the best day. Thankfully, I have all of the messages and emails between us as we try to argue for our money back.
