I had reached a plateau and was having trouble making significant progress. My goals involved a variety of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual improvements that I was seeking for myself. Incorporating intermittent fasting, weight loss, transitioning to a more raw foods based diet in addition to more home cooked vegan meals, increased daily exercise, meditation, better sleep habits, and mental/emotional support with major life decisions (career, divorce, parenting). Needless to say, I had a lot on my plate and needed help navigating all of this. And this is where Judith's support and expertise became essential. She helped me work towards my goals by being a non judgmental, empathetic listener, and an intuitive guide with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
