The original quote was way exceeded after we had already paid the agreed amount - and we were told we would not have our belongings returned unless we paid extra. Some items were damaged upon re-delivery and some returned to us very late. It was a struggle to contact staff and no responsibility is being taken by the company. This left us with a home in boxes and no way of moving to our new house. Thankfully we found a reputable company who moved us but at addition expense and stress. We were promised a full refund from Alpha Home link but six weeks later nothing!! This is despite being promised a cheque and bank transfer which has never materialised. Unsurprisingly they are now not responding to me and my recorded delivery letter has been returned advising they are no longer at their registered address. They are a bunch of crooks and the matter is now with the police!
