They really went above and beyond...they did an incredible job of removing all the flooded carpet and damaged tiles, and they even moved furniture around in the rooms themselves so that we didn't need to move the furniture to another room. They communicated very clearly with us on everything they were doing. When their boss Mike came in to check on their work and document the damage, he also was very professional and friendly, explained everything he was doing and answered our questions thoroughly. We had a flood in a couple of rooms in our house from a water heater that blew its heating element. We cleaned up the water from the tile floors, but the carpet in the hall and bedroom were saturated, snelly and totally ruined. My insurance agent recommended Mammoth, and as soon as I called things were set in motion--Mike offered to send a team that night, but I said next day was fine. Hannah and Georgetta were there first thing the next day, and they removed the ruined carpet, checked floors and walls for damage, and set up dryers to get rid of any remaining dampness. After a couple of days all was dry and ready for new flooring, and they worked with our insurance adjuster to get a quick assessment of the damage so the flooring could be replaced. I couldn't recommend Mammoth highly enough, they were just what we needed and there just when we needed them--great service from some very nice people. read more

The intake value of our dishwasher malfunctioned, but I did not realized it until I saw water dripping from the ceiling in the basement below the dishwasher, Then I noticed that the hardwood flooring by the dishwasher was severely warped. The insurance company recommended Mammoth Restoration and, in a very short time, Lonnie Brown of Mammoth was on the scene to assess the damage and recommend a course of action. After approval by the insurance company, Mammoth workmen were tearing up the warped flooring, taping the ceiling in the basement, applying molding-resistant spray under the dishwasher, and laying new hardwood flooring over the entire kitchen. Good part of house flooded due to burst water filter in fridge. Found out on arrival one evening after a long winter stay in warmer climate. On friend's suggestion, called Mammoth Mitigation Services. The service members showed up right next morning, did a full survey and started with the clean-up. Michael and Dave arrived at our home within 30 minutes of calling the company. They were wearing masks properly, professionally, and quickly assessed our situation. They explained how they can determine moisture levels and assured us they were taking the proper steps as a homeowner to remedy our situation. Water heater broke and flooded my basement. These guys were on the scene quickly and were able to get working on fixing it almost as soon as it happened. This will have been the second time I've hired them and I've never been disappointed with the results. The work they do is excellent work.
