The cup was a little to big for my 1 year old so I went and asked if I could just get a small cup or a bowl to give my 1 year old since she couldn't hold the cup without spilling. Weeeeell if you ever want to do that they charge you for a cup. So I didn't get the cup. I meeeeaaann I kinda get but still very inconvenient. Because I had to fight with a 1 year old the whole time. They acted like it didn't matter, and that lack of basic customer service was just as disappointing as the ants themselves. Between the unsanitary Shaved Ice and the complete disregard from the employees, this was a terrible experience.
