Location, layout, and cleanliness are the biggest positives Courtyard has IMO. It's not located in a heavy commercial area, but *is* right off a major highway which gives you access to several other areas of Westchester. The wedding was relatively far from the hotel in New Rochelle, but we were able to get there in under 20 minutes. The common areas and my room were very tidy - everything was in place and functional. The layout is kind of like a broken square that has a courtyard (name connection!) in the middle. Even though my room was at the very end of the hall (furthest from the lobby), there was an entrance to the hotel right by my room along with parking so there was no need to hike it to get in my car. I was in a king room which also had a couch that looked like it could be converted to a futon. There was a coffee machine with some samples, and a large bottle of water that cost $6. Bathroom was a simple setup - the toilet was old, I didn't have confidence flushing. The shower was the weakest part of the room - the head was old and water only came out of a few holes (it wasn't adjustable). The accommodations were fine - I imagine that many a wedding party stay here (there were three others staying here at the same time we were). The common area was spacious, they have a nice seating area with a bar, and separate rooms for more private gatherings. They also have a restaurant and a fitness center, but I didn't see/use them. There is an abundance of parking onsite, albeit they charge $10/night. Staff was pretty good - I didn't interact with many but my check in process was mostly smooth. Overall, I had a fine experience at Courtyard Rye - this is not in the most prime location, and it's not the fanciest place, but it's an ideal spot for a short stay if you're in the area for an event.

The room was very spacious, and the bed was comfy as well. The main thing I liked the most was the water pressure in the shower. Was like a fire hose and was very refreshing. They provide towels, snacks & water which was nice. We had room #30 which was really nice basically like a small apartment, nice bed, jacuzzi tub, fridge very pretty & comfortable w nice toiletries to use. our second day unfortunately had a cloudy & rainy start so we didn't get to enjoy the pool but instead were able to relax in the jacuzzi tub very nice & relaxing. Morning breakfast was decent some , bagels, fruit & pastries they also offered a Quiche option, Chorizo & a Spinach & cheese both not bad, chorizo was better. you had a choice of water, juice , ice tea or coffee .. OJ & coffee both good. This is a nice property when u walk in u feel like u are in someone's home, which is nice, the outside patio/ pool area is cute with seating outside & by the pool a nice way to just relax. it was very quiet not really much of anything going it was a really relaxing weekend which is exactly what we were looking for. we had an enjoyable stay, will keep this place in mind for future plans.

This isn't a review of what it's like to stay at the Stanton House Inn, since I never got to stay…read morethere, but it is a review of their reservation procedures and their honesty. The facts: I made a reservation on March 22nd, 2026, for a three-night stay starting on September 24th, 2026. That's 6 months and two days ahead of my arrival. I then called them back on March 24th and asked them to add an additional day on the backend, which they did. I have confirmation emails for both the initial three nights and for the additional one night. I paid for the entire stay, in full, when I booked the reservation. On Friday, September 18th, less that a week before my arrival, they called to tell me there had been a "mistake" and they had overbooked and my room would not be available. When I received that initial call I was not at my computer, but I estimated that I had made my reservation in early April and I asked the manager, Gillian, "So you're telling me someone made a reservation before me, for the same room?", to which she responded; "Yes. The other party made their reservation on March 28th." When I got home a little later I looked up the confirmation emails and discovered that I had made my initial reservation on March 22nd, so I contacted Gillain again and sent her copies of the confirmation emails from them. I told her that my expectation was that since I had made the reservation first I would be the one getting the room. She said that she would have to talk to the reservation manager and get back to me. The next day she called me back and said that she had made a "mistake" and the other party booked their room before me. When I asked her what day they made the reservation she said "I'm not allowed to tell you that." My analysis: They had two chances to discover there was an overbooking. The first was on March 22nd when I made the original reservation, and then they had another chance on the 24th when I called back an added an additional night. They also had 6 months to figure it out, so it's very suspicious that less than a week before my arrival they suddenly discovered a "mistake" in the booking system that had been missed for 6 months. That the facts kept changing, on when the other party booked the room, is also very suspicious. My guess is that at the last minute a "friend of the hotel" needed a room and the management made a decision to not honor my reservation and left Gillian with having to deliver the bad news. I even made a comment to Gillian while on the phone with her that their credibility was non-existent at that point, and she agreed with me. The resolution: To their credit they agreed to both refund my money (as they certainly should have) and pay for my stay at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich (which they didn't have to do). Nonetheless, the romantic weekend I had planned with my girlfriend went from a nice bed and breakfast room with a fireplace and a balcony, to just a hotel room in a noisy hotel that was hosting 5 (not a typo) different weddings that weekend. I also made reservations, months in advance, at lots of nice restaurants that were close to the Stanton Inn, that now we had to drive back and forth (15-20min each way) to get to from the Hyatt. My take away: While the Stanton Inn may be very nice (I obviously didn't get to stay there so I don't know), but how, given what happened to me, could you ever have confidence that you'd actually get to experience the stay with them you planned, reserved and paid for in advance even if you did so 6 months in advance? I'm reminded of the Seinfeld episode where Jerry shows up at the rental car counter in an airport and they don't have a car for him. As Jerry says "You know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them."

When I got to my room I realized it was an accessible room which has a large shower that is the entire bathroom area. I called down and asked if I could get changed to a standard room. They sent someone up with new room keys and I moved to a new room - 826. Room was nice - obviously roomy. Couches here probably should be replaced as that was one thing I remember last stay. Had hot water this time - but I played hell with the hvac system. Using the thermostats it was like they had a mind of their own. Wasn't terrible just inconvenient. What I do find convenient and a nice touch is a 12pm checkout. Very helpful for my schedule on Sunday. This probably will be my last trip here due to work - which is sad. Enjoyed this trip a lot. Cheers and thanks for all the good (and not so good) memories.

It's a little rundown what are things and dense and damages for a pretty fairly brand new building only like 20 years old, maybe compared to Ramada hotel, not too far away which is 100 years old and it's a better condition. Not to mention they have a real lobby. This place doesn't even have a lobby. I don't know what they have just a desk and an elevator with the coffee station.

I don't get the high pricing. I would NEVER stay here if it's for personal stay. The staff is friendly and I liked the shuttle service for when our group needed to go to dinner nearby. The room needs a serious facelift. Who crochets friggin shower curtains? Looks haunted. We usually also have company get together here but L'Escale was closed during my last visit (past week). We had a retirement party here as well and booked the entire first floor banquet and a lot of us stayed here. I see from the other reviews that people are bothered by these parties- I feel for them, but the hotel doesn't have any obligation to let you know beforehand of such events unfortunately.

The property is attached to a loud nightclub, and the noise and smoke travel throughout the building, including upper floors. Despite being advertised as smoke-free, the hallways smelled strongly of weed and cigarettes all night. The room itself was underwhelming. The TV did not work, the shower was poor, and overall maintenance felt neglected. This is not a quiet or family-friendly environment, and it is not suitable for anyone sensitive to smoke or noise. There are much better options nearby. I would strongly recommend staying at the Holiday Inn or Marriott a few minutes away instead.

So a little background on this hotel- it was actually in fact a radison Hotel, but switched names, and also kept some of the same staff. It is now Hotel No Ma. Located in the heart of New Rochelle, NY by the colleges, and by some local businesses to eat at. It is a cozy hotel and even has a restaurant called No Ma Social, where one can get happy hour drinks and food too! At check in, we also get a keychain where one can get a percentage off select menu items. This is also where breakfast is, and it is made to order! Liked that because- if one is in the mood for pancakes, and it is listed on the menu, you got it! Also has a seasonal pool, and fitness center. Easy parking as well, as the lot is big. Friendly staff at check in, and overall. room was ready to be checked in by the time we got there. Room had 2 beds, and a bathroom. Also was very clean and had lots of towels- and shampoo and conditioner too! Beds were comfy to sleep in. Loved the tv too, and watched the parade on it Thanksgiving morning. only con is the bathroom in the room is a little small, and a little hard to walk around in. Oh, and had to figure out how to turn on the shower- but luckily had my parents help on that one. Also, there was no bathroom fan- which-- well for me-- i find the bathroom fans obnoxious and loud, so for me it's good that it didn't have one- but for others who find it too hot after showering, or had to empty out- the fans can be useful. Anyways- overall clean room and was home for a few nights. Also had a fridge and great wifi! Also highly recommend food and drinks at No Ma Social at the lobby- where more pleasant staff was like the bartender Domique! Will write a separate review on that, but highly recommend! Both as I am the only person outside on the grounds at 10am, and because the parking lot does not seem full. The gentleman at the desk was not only unhelfpul and unaccommodating, he gave me the nondescript number to the manager knowing (a) it was not a specific number and (b) she was not in. He told me I could wait a few hours to talk to one of the owners... and then try and convince him to allow me to shower before seeing the baby at 1pm. I promptly asked for a refund, unanswered as of yet, and booked the Delamar for the same price AND they sent a car service to get me. Follow the LOVE ! And heed this advice Homestead--If you are going to advertise homey all the more onus to be hospitable and accomodating, If I had wanted corporate style, protocol subpar treatment I would have booked that kind of hotel. Maybe I'm cranky in my old age, but it would be nice if they has a bellman who could take your luggage up but alas, that is only for really expensive hotels these days, it seems.
