Best part, they have a massive discount for first time clients-- especially if you're doing a classic set. If you're thinking of doing something a little extra, they always have a seasonal lash style for a heavy discount as well. If it's your first time coming in, I highly recommend checking out their website or Instagram for inspo because bringing photos is the best way to communicate what you want. Sometimes the technical lash terms can mean different things to us versus the technician, so a picture clears everything up. They're pretty busy every time I go but it doesn't feel chaotic. The vibe is peaceful and quiet while they play serene and meditative music. The full sets I've gotten take about 2.5 hours or so and the fills take about an hour. For someone who gets pretty antsy, I'm happy about the timing. Bottom line, whether you're going for something soft and natural or bold and dramatic, you'll leave feeling obsessed with your lashes.

First, there was a commotion about how I wanted to wait for Cita to do my brows despite already choosing her on the ipad upon signing in. I asked for a brow cleanup just on the top, but she convinced me to let her clean the bottom of my brows for better shape. Needless to say, the cleanup performed on my right lower brow was so bad. I had a perfect clean arch before Cita had touched it, but I left the salon with a jagged arch and the hairs refuse to grow back now. She was adamantly suggesting me to use caster oil to regrow hair (which is untrue btw - it's an old wives' tale) and was not listening to what I was saying. I was beyond speechless after that. Of course I left a tip but I will not be going back because that was the treatment I was given as a returning customer. Very disappointed. Was hoping for consistency in good work due to the 5-star review streak. Maybe other customers were purposefully being treated better than me. ‍
