When it was finally my turn, the reader immediately asked me to show proof of payment. Customers are required to pay beforehand which I had already done and I didn't see her ask anyone else for a receipt. The request felt targeted, and the energy shifted from that moment on. I ultimately felt uncomfortable enough to ask for a refund. While my past visits were positive, this experience left me feeling singled out and unwelcome. Because of that, I will not be returning to this location.
