I am always happy with the job they do taking care of any formal/cocktail dress. (I've been to lot of weddings in the last few years and have had my dresses all cleaned there). They also do a wash/press for men's dress shirts, which my BF seems to be really happy with. I can return used hangers too -- which I like since I mainly use plastic hangers. Best part is that I can walk there from my house. Parking lots is really small and can be tricky to get in and out of on a busy day on Cranston Street. I am a regular and will remain that way.

I've dropped off dry-cleaning here about 3 times so far since living in the area and have had 2/3 very positive experiences. My only complaint is that one time a shirt of mine ended up with a tiny amount of damage, which was not noted despite it being a brand-new shirt. I did not notice until I got home, and it's something I can easily fix, but still frustrating. I'll be back, but I'd make sure to check all of your items to make sure they don't have any damage before heading home, just as a tip.

Ella is the owner and I ADORE her, yes this is more of a mom and pop laundry-mat, most of the locals come here and Ella is for sure a lot of peoples favorites. The place is very simple to find, it's right next to a pizza place and a gas station is close by. There's a good amount of parking, and she does open pretty early which I love! The place is very old fashion, you can tell the washers and dryers are old but don't get me wrong they do the job and do it well! I've only come here since I moved to this area and I won't go anywhere else. The prices are fair, and she has all ranges of sizes of washers, I usually do the huge ones and they're i believe either 7.00 or 7.50 but trust me they hold A LOT! I'm a last minute laundry mat person, for sure! Ella helps me make sure I put my stuff in the dryers the quickest way for them to dry, she sorts them in a specific way. I just love her, she offers me tea everytime I come and she engages with ALL her customers. It's always just her there. She also does drop off's which I've never done before. I don't know I won't give it a 5 because it is a little run down and old, but customer service over everything! I love Ella and I love it here!
