It was lovely! My parents enjoyed their latte and drip coffee. The prices are great, especially when I don't have to spend $8 on a latte. The only thing I did not appreciate was they didn't post what the prices were in the pastry case (the labels only had what it was, not the price too). All in all, a great experience and a great variety to choose from. I'd like to go back to try their breakfast sandwiches. From here I took home bag of lightly roasted Ethiopian beans and made delicious pourovers for a month. I've had many pourovers at this point but these made some of the most memorable cups. During my visit I picked up a medium cold brew (excellent!) and avocado toast (avocado, tomato, sprouts, hemp seeds, chia seeds on multigrain bread​, $6.00). The toast was splendid. I found no browning of the avocado and the tomatoes were fresh. I do think the bread could have been toasted longer. The service was a little awkward. I waited at the counter for a solid three minutes before I finally waved down a couple baristas chatting away. This is fine, I'm a pretty patient person and I will always support building healthy relationships with coworkers. The awkward part was the blank, unresponsive stare I received from one of the girls. Like I was breaking something up. I'll be using the drive-thru if I ever find myself here again.

My favorites so far are the Ancient Brown Sugar Milk Tea and Peach Black Tea w/ popping boba. They have a modern and cute aesthetic interior great for social media photo ops. The customer service is great too; they misheard me when I ordered popping boba instead of jelly and remade the drink for me and let me keep the mix up order as well. She made it clear she wasn't making anymore doughnuts, and the store is closed for tomorrow. Why act like new customers are such an inconvenience? It is easily accessible right from University Drive, and is located within(?) a church. I am unfamiliar with the area, so I thought it was a standalone coffee shop from first glance at maps when looking for a quick stop. The coffee was good, but the service was a bit slow. With only two others in front of me who only got food, it took a little while to get my latte. It was good and made with good coffee beans, and I often don't mind a wait, but near the airport it would be nice to have a fast option. It seems like it could be a nice work from home space with lots of tables and seemingly comfy seating. It also seems like it would be fairly quiet in there from my experience (a Wednesday morning) which would be nice for minimizing distractions. Overall, this is a convenient stop if you want to grab a coffee going to or from the Bismarck airport!
