We went here with some friends. It wasn't real crowded because it was in an off time but we had lunch there and had a decent menu with good prices. Food came out really good. I was surprised we watched the kids bowl play video games and just had a really good time. I'll have to check it out for one of their live shows which I didn't know. The place has a ton of potential; but they just don't deserve more stars just yet. The pizza is barely edible by my kids, which is sad. They asked if we could bring dominos next time. You go through a lot of money to play the games. Bowling looks nice but pricy. Their pricing on things doesn't make sense. read more

Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was surprisingly empty. Was nice to have several activities under one roof - arcade, bowling, laser tag, lounge (yes, they serve booze!), and stage for live music. Prices were a little high for the area, but we were coming from out of state so below what we're used to paying. Kids had a blast, especially with the laser tag. The room in which you play is decent size with plenty of hiding places. Having a 2nd story was a cool touch and gave you a chance to "snipe" your opponents. Like all arcades, the ticket redemption is a total rip off, but what else would you expect. We were there too early for live music, so cant comment on that or the types of people who show up for those shows. It is Arkansas after all, and these country folk like to fight after they get a few drinks in them, so I guess be prepared for anything at night? Overall, really happy with the afternoon at Malys and would recommend it for families. read more

Brought the grandkids and they really had fun. Didn't try the food but did get a draft beer for $7.50. Very nice and super clean. The workers are helpful and as nice as they can be. Very nice experience for a cold March day. read more

Pretty much like a Dave and Buster's and Main Event with the exception of less arcade games and two full size bars. The exterior and interior looks like a giant warehouse and don't have any creative lighting design or decor like Dave and Buster's or Main Event have in Little Rock. The staff, however, is very nice and welcoming for the first week of opening. I didn't try the food at the on-site restaurant so I couldn't say if the food or service is good. Overall, I would recommend anyone who stay in the Conway area to check this place out since it offers additional entertainment options to the city but wouldn't recommend anyone outside the Conway area making a special trip to this place considering Dave and Buster's and Main Event (which is better in my opinion) offer similar options in the Little Rock area. read more

I am giving three stars because it was hair in our pizza I didn't notice until I got home after the birthday party my daughter pulled a piece of hair out of her mouth there and I was upset that she didn't say anything until afterwards but other than hearing our pizza the kids enjoyed they self with the laser tag and the arcade and our host was wonderful read more

Great place! I took my daughter and friends for her birthday. Food was excellent! Had the flatbread pizza, kids had chicken tenders and had a great brownie dessert. The. Cherry cola from the bar is addicting! Hyper bowling was fun and played the arcade games. Next trip I'm going to try the laser tag! Highly recommend! read more

Worst place ever. No one goes there, and you get there and wonder why but u soon figure it out. We paid $40 for an hour of bowling, get kicked out 30 minutes into it saying the time is up. Worst establishment I've heard of. My husband worked there for a year, busted his butt working long work weeks, because you know being salary they don't care how hard they work you as long as they know they can do it. To sum it up, he asked for a raise after being there for a year and gets told the establishment is not making money and they are BROKE yet have enough money to start building another location in Little Rock. He's then told all raises and promotions are on freeze until they start making more money. He comes in the next day to find out they promoted a bowl desk attendant to a floor manager the same week. The raise he asked for considering he's been there for a year and one of the longest employees was given to someone else getting a promotion. He then goes to the AGM, Hailey and their HR lady Kim and gets told they don't have to explain themselves and fired him on the spot for "insubordination." He had his ONLY write up and firing done at the same time over the so called insubordination. So if you get a job here, don't ask for a raise and then try and get an explanation. They'll just fire you and pay young adults a lot less instead so they don't have to pay any employee an actual livable wage. Employees are told there they are not to discuss their pay with other employees even though this is illegal. This is just a way for them to be sketchy on their pay without other people knowing. That's just on the employee side of things. On another note, they've already gotten 2 strikes with ABC for serving minors left and right because they weren't checking IDs. To top it off, their solution was to have guests wear wristbands to show they're of age. Downside to this, guests take these off and leave them in the parking lot. It has been shown to all management there and the Doctor who owns the place that this can be done. Still, they are doing the same thing and minors are able to obtain the bands very easily. To top it off of service being crap, they have had bartenders steal liquor. When an employee tried to let HR/ and management know, he was told he needed to pick his battles. Afterwards, he was fired and the AGM's sister was hired as his replacement the same day. So if you want free liquor and have your bartending license, go work here. The same guy that was fired for reporting liquor being stolen, his girlfriend was fired the same day he was. She had previously asked for a management position and was told there was no money for more salary employees then hired three marketing people on salary the same week. She was fired the same day her boyfriend was fired so her upset mood didn't affect their customer experiences. This company does not care about their employees a single bit. They are only looking at what will make them money considering it's doing so poorly. I wouldn't spend another dime at this establishment after how little they care about the ones that are helping them make money. Oh yeah, go look for their hidden Facebook page promoting their alcohol sales, which is illegal to do in a dry county. They knew it was illegal but said it was worth the risk. It's an invite only Facebook group. read more

Whatever you do, do not leave your purse open, apparently a server can drop cheese sauce in your fossil purse and for compensation offer you game card (insulting) then tell you to wash it a washer (really) no compensation totally unprofessional. read more

Super expensive for not that great of an experience. Food was average at best but with premium pricing. When we initially set down there wasn't even anyone serving at the time so we had to wait to even get a waitress. When we did get a server she was very nice and friendly, absolutely no complaints about any of the staff. The laser tag is cool but again pricey. If you go I suggest eating before you go. I'm can see why they have a bar because as an adult the only way I would want to go is if I'm wasted. This place gives me anxiety. I'll go again if forced by other groups but I'm not gonna willingly go on my own or even suggest it. read more
