They came out to service my unit and came in my house to show me pictures of MOLD building up in side the unit. They tried to sell me another service that was way over a thousand dollars. And then had another service that was six thousand dollars to clean the MOLD out of my duct work. Sounds like a MONEY GRAB to me. And told me this MOLD inside the unit was not covered in my plan. I thought its a service plan to check and Clean the unit. The wires and blower have so much MOLD building up there's not much telling what I'm BREATHING IN. The pictures of the MOLD are very bad and GROSS. So be careful choosing any service plans they have or even a heating and cooling provider.
