I have been VERY happy with this gym and I recommend it to all in search of a good gym. The gym offers great hours, low membership cost, a large selection of great equipment, locker rooms with showers, steam rooms, great classes, a shake bar, fantastic personal training and a CLEAN atmosphere. Most importantly their trainers and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and caring about their clients. The staff are always going out of there way to help me when I ask. They really have helped me to reach my fitness goals....THANK YOU to them for always being there for me!! I really love I am always able to get on the equipment I need quickly. Because they offer a wide selection of equipment I rarely ever have to wait for a machine or be stared at by someone else who is waiting to use the machine. Other gyms I have worked out in the past I found this was a big issue for me and it wasted valuable COSTLY time, but I guess you get what you pay for right. I also want to mention its close to lots of shops/ stores like Price chopper, GNC, CVS, Banks, restaurants, etc. so location, location, location is awesome! Its so nice I can run from the gym to the grocery store in less then a minute. Being a busy working mother of four convenience and time management is always key in choosing a gym. If time is important to you like me, and time is money this is the gym you want to belong to. You will fit right in and be very happy!

He had just been stationed in NY, and his work schedule did not leave him a lot of time to set up things like a gym membership. He went in during his limited time off, was just looking for a month-to-month membership, and was told about monthly rates. When he asked, the staff specifically said there was nothing else he needed to know, and did not make him aware of the contract provision stating his membership would last for a minimum of one year. They let him sign under false pretenses, and they don't have the decency to help him out. Once we raised our concerns (about being told there was nothing else important in the contract) to the staff, they initially told my husband they would cancel his membership. They ended up making us jump through hoops until I finally spoke with Al on the phone, and he was incredibly rude. (He is also only available for a limited time on Wednesdays, and specifically said that my husband's military work schedule was not his problem.) He could have just said it's against the policy to cancel a contract before one year is up. He could have said his staff was wrong to tell us they would cancel his membership. Instead, he denied any responsibility, didn't care that my husband had specifically asked about the length of the contract, and was incredibly rude in the process.

I did their Launch Program which was an awesome jump start to getting into the classes. I have had trouble in the past sticking to a workout routine, as I'm sure a lot of people do. That has not been the case since I started going to CRL, its addicting. The coaches and people are amazing. Everyone is super welcoming and no matter if you are in great shape or just starting out the workouts are manageable/challenging, its really all about how much YOU want to push yourself. Along with crossfit they also offer spartan, olympic weightlifting, and mobility classes which are just as awesome. The coaches are all very knowledgable and want to help you be the best you can be. They always make you feel welcomed and comfortable being there. My son was training at another gym and had back and arm problems from not lifting correctly. After coming here they showed him how to lift correctly. They got his back and arm stronger doing it a proper way. He went through the baseball season with no back or arm pain thanks to them. He also got stronger and faster with his personal plan for training. They both have college education (not just a certified trainer) that sets the apart from other trainers. I've learned that you really have to check out the background of your trainer. There are great adult classes also. You need to check out this gym.

I love the indoor running track and wish I had a similar option at home. This is a million times better than running on a treadmill! I've enjoyed it on rainy summer days as well as snowy winter mornings. The fitness center is also very nice and quite large. There is ample equipment and it is extremely clean. I like the Clorox (or Lysol) wipe stations available throughout the facility. There are plenty of mirrors for checking form when lifting and lots of cardio equipment options. Additionally, I enjoyed the large glass windows when I used the treadmill one winter morning. The view is spectacular! The fitness center and running track are the only options I've taken advantage of when in town; however, the class schedule and rock climbing wall both look dynamite. I may give either or both a whirl when I return this summer. Lots of options are available so check it out online and day and weekly passes are available for purchase. In addition, lack of knee motion was causing back problems, which had me in knots every morning. I am pleased to say that after two years of core, glute, and hamstring work my Knee is 90% and my back is nearly 100%. In addition, I went from being able two do six body weight pull ups to 6 pull ups with 53 lbs, have gone from 18% bodyfat and 182 lbs to 12% bodyfat and 194 lbs, and am much fluid and flexible than I was (even with too many hours at my desk). The community is amazing, the workers are very friendly and helpful. For around 20$ a month, I get access to the entire gym, sauna, locker room, a small indoor track that you can walk around and an area to hit punching bags. They even have a female only room which is very convenient for a lot of people out there. The gym itself does get crowded around certain times and it gets hard finding a machine. But once, you get used to it and adjust your workouts around it, your workouts get very proficient and you end up spending less time finishing more work.
