Overall, very irresponsible and inconsiderate property management in Woonsocket, POORLY MANAGED. The individuals who work there are rude and rarely do their job. They send notices and do not communicate with their tenants. They lose the personal confidential information of their tenants. Random people walk into the building and some individuals at night seen trying to break in at the Millrace District location. Needle caps being found on the property along w/ crackheads entering the building. The previous property manager, Carmen, very disorganized and disregarding to her tenants. Rarely ever seen in her office and if she was, then it was to sign a lease w/ another tenant or be on her phone. Reaching higher up is impossible unless the City of Woonsocket is contacted which is ridiculous. Not sure how this property came to be in Woonsocket, RI but an investigation is definitely needed within Maloney Properties. Overall 0/10, do not recommend them for long term leasing, especially for those w/ families! read more

Our journey with Maloney properties and David Erickson in particular, was a pleasant and easy process. These applications can be daunting, but he helped us through every piece of it and was able to secure us a wonderful ADA unit in a very sought after complex. Highly recommend their services in particular. David, thank you for all your help. Maloney properties Patricia and Luke Gordon read more

I cannot imagine a more terrible organization. Poorly run. I am just out of the hospital and given 24 hours to complete an application or I will not be eligible. I was also given 24 hours on another affordable opportunity and the paperwork was due on Christmas, December 25, 2024! 5 pm. No one can be reached. It is an impossible situation so I have contacted my lawyer. I don't even check email daily and certainly not during an eleven day hospital stay post major surgery. Sleezy organization. read more

so Maloney property residence that reside at 55 B St. take their dogs across the street to the West Broadway housing development that is there for families and children and they allow their dogs to take giant poops on our property and they do not pick it up and the problem with that is if you speak with West Broadway development you would be advised that the residence get a $50-$100 fine for not picking up dog poop and that is ridiculous when it's our neighbors from Maloney properties that are allowing their dogs to poop on our property and not cleaning it up, I can attach some photos as so we can know which we're talking about if we do that, but maybe Maloney properties should consider speaking to their residence about cleaning up after their animals, especially when their animals are bathroom on other property because I am sure that Maloney properties would not want people coming over to their property and their dogs to poop and not pick it up mind you one of the residence has three dogs that she and her boyfriend bring over so maybe we can talk to the Maloney property residence about cleaning up after their dogs read more

after reviewing the ratings as well as other review I have to say I can see why there's more negative than positive. I have applied to a property. I have tried to contact the woman who sent me the email with the link to apply. and this application was for my situation of being disabled. I followed up 10 times and the number on her voice mail says to text. well I text twice. No responses at all even until today as I post. I reached out to the corporate office, where the website says contact us. sent a message and to no avail I will be reaching out to Fair Housing. before I became disabled I was in this industry. Property Manager. I know how this goes. everyone be wise before applying read more

Maloney Properties Inc.'s is not good property managers, because their number one concern is making sure they receive their government HUD and other subsidies first. There's plenty of favoritism to certain residents. Carpeting in one of their buildings is filthy and old because they won't clean it; the appliances in the apartments are all old, shabby, outdated and rusted; bare basics, while management enjoys the newest furnishings and decor. They're hard to get in contact with, won't get back to you, and don't help residents like they're supposed to. They're fake nice and don't care about residents, just their money. read more

The best property management that I ever was under. I was under them for 13 years at tent city development. They had best management team Cindy , Mark and Cynthia were excellent. I wish we still had them. Very professional and are missed dearly by the residents. Sometimes you don't miss a good thing until it's gone! read more

John has sent me several rejection emails for a property I applied for. One email stated I did not respond stating my interest and the other stating I did not submit documentation. I received NO SUCH EMAIL asking for my interest or documentation. But amazingly I received the rejection emails. I believe this company is doing this practice to keep a certain demographic out of their properties. I clearly identified myself as black on my original application. When I asked John for proof (screenshots of original emails or forwarded email) he responds with a date only. I can not respond to emails not being sent! SEE MY PROOF PHOTOS ADDED. read more
