I had an extremely unpleasant experience today. I walked in and showed the dress that I need to be shortened. The lady at the store looked at it and gave me a price. Then asked me to change to the dress and already started placing pins/ marks and when was about to be done said that she changed her mind and will charge me more. I confronted her and said its extremely unprofessional to last minute after already placing all the pins inside my dress to suddenly increase the price, so the lady started screaming so bad and made a whole show at the store. She basically kicked me out of her store and said i am wasting her time. I've never experienced such unprofessional treatment and don't understand how a person like that can work with customers. read more
