I will say her cookies are quite delicious. I wrote a few times. We had some messages through Facebook and then the phone call. We spoke about my order. She was going to call me back to complete the order. She never called me back. I was forced to order from Macy's. When I wrote her to politely ask her what happened, and why she didn't call me back she became very rude and snarky. She said she was overwhelmed with health issues. She should have just told me from the beginning that she could not fullfill my $100 order. She was insulting and told me that I "wasn't the type of customer she wanted" wow! She could have cared less and took responsibility for messing up the order but still blamed me for asking what happened. I won't be back. Good products. Rude and Unprofessional customer service.

This isn't just another local farmers market!…read more I've heard a lot about "Fred Farms" and after picking up a couple of red and juicy tomatoes - I had to go to THE place and check it out. Amazing variety of fresh produce - and prices that were very reasonable. I can tell you truthfully that the tomatoes here are the very best I have ever eating in my life. I used them for BLT's last night - incredible flavor. I also had the cucumbers, which were amazing as well. Then - before we left we looked at the huge hibiscus plants they were selling - and after looking at their own we decided to buy one. Though we only bought one because we don't know what we'd do with the one we bought, but the price was a huge $5.00 - I still can't believe they are selling these for so little - anywhere and everywhere else - a place this size is going to go for at least ten bucks - if not a lot more! And it's loaded with huge blossoms yet to open. The parking is great - plenty of space and though they do not accept credit cards - they do accept checks and fo course cash.

The staff working were plenty friendly and efficient. To satisfy my sweet tooth, I ordered a Red Velvet Chip Cookie. The cookie was big and delicious! It was soft and chewy and packed with chocolate chunks and cream cheese chips. There was a nice variety of treats they had in their trailer - I wish I had a bigger appetite! But, if you see a U-Take the Cake food truck, go and take a look and give one of their cookies a try, at the very least!

Was visiting for a concert my husband was performing in at the theatre and popped in during his rehearsal time. Amazing. Simply grilled and dressed veggie wrap... delish cupcake and want to bring home a raspberry scone, VEGAN edible cookie dough oh and throw in a cookie sandwich, why not. The owner is an artist and what's really cool is that I got to talk to her (can't do that at Tim Hortons!).
