He explained that there was significant sediment buildup and made it clear he could get water on quickly, but that it wouldn't be good-quality water. Instead, he came back Saturday to properly clean out the well, install a new pressure tank, and replace the pump--doing the job the right way. I was on a conference call and could see them come down the driveway. I was trying to get off the call but needed a few minutes to wrap up. I watched as he walked up to the door, rang the bell, waited less than a minute and then got in his truck and drove out. He wasn't even out of the driveway and I was calling his office to ask him to come back. They said he was turning around and would be "right back", he couldn't have been even a mile down the road. I waited for 15 minutes for him to come back (14 more than he waited for me) and called them to say "no thanks, we'll find someone else". I would not recommend them to anyone.
