Now I had been out of work for nearly one year prior, and worked briefly for another agency in Visalia for a short time. The other agency was very standoffish, in that once they got you a job, they never were in communication. I was relieved form that job, which the agency would never tell me why, and consequently they never even made an effort to get me a second position. So I got in touch with EEP, and I could tell right away I'd made the right choice. ALL personnel were professional and caring, in finding you that job you were qualified to do. I have now reached 720 hours of work, and am looking to get hired on from the company. I doubt this opportunity would exist if I hadn't gone to EEP. Thank you all, this endeavor has changed mine and my family's lives.

Meanwhile, someone I know actually got offered the same job and showed up and did the work. That was my first true red flag about this company. I had to go in person to get my check for my last job. The lady up front barely acknowledged me standing right in front of her. No smile, eye contact, greeting or professionalism at all. I felt like I had to pull teeth to get basic information from her. She was rude, short and had no business being the face of the company and greeting people walking in. That was it. I will never use this service again. I prefer a company that treats people better. They not only lied to me but treated me like I was less than when it is people walking in the door that is keeping you in business to begin with (keeping YOU employed).
