I have been working for a prominent post-harvest chemical company for about 4 months now, through Express Employment Pros(EEP), right here in Visalia, Ca. Now I had been out of work for nearly one year prior, and worked briefly for another agency in Visalia for a short time. The other agency was very standoffish, in that once they got you a job, they never were in communication. I was relieved form that job, which the agency would never tell me why, and consequently they never even made an effort to get me a second position. So I got in touch with EEP, and I could tell right away I'd made the right choice. ALL personnel were professional and caring, in finding you that job you were qualified to do. I have now reached 720 hours of work, and am looking to get hired on from the company. I doubt this opportunity would exist if I hadn't gone to EEP. Thank you all, this endeavor has changed mine and my family's lives. read more

They texted me that there was a job opening. I accepted the offer then they texted me right back saying "the client has put the job on hold". Meanwhile, someone I know actually got offered the same job and showed up and did the work. That was my first true red flag about this company. I had to go in person to get my check for my last job. The lady up front barely acknowledged me standing right in front of her. No smile, eye contact, greeting or professionalism at all. I felt like I had to pull teeth to get basic information from her. She was rude, short and had no business being the face of the company and greeting people walking in. That was it. I will never use this service again. I prefer a company that treats people better. They not only lied to me but treated me like I was less than when it is people walking in the door that is keeping you in business to begin with (keeping YOU employed). read more

I went to them in person and called a couple times they promised they would review my application for an interview but never called me. Don't even waste your time here. read more

I absolutely love Express Employment. They are friendly. They put their employees first. Definitely recommend them as a great temp agency.

this place is the absolute worst. I applied for a job through them back in 2019-20ish and was approved for an interview. it was scheduled for immediately after my shift ended and when I tried to reschedule they didn't even want to and convinced me it was a quick interview so I should be fine. I went in exhausted as hell. I spent over three hours in the computer room fighting my sleep while doing what felt like a whole college entry exam requested to reschedule AGAIN and AGAIN they didn't want to do that and instead offered me coffee which made things worse and caused my heart to palpitate yet still they made me stay for the dexterity part of the test which I was a literal second off. got the video interview, didn't get the job and hadn't heard anything from Express Employment since. After all these years I decided to give it another try and this time the little winch behind the counter asked me what kind of job I was looking for and I told her anything besides warehouse since its extremely strenuous on my back and I actually have scoliosis so she copped a little attitude and did everything in her little power not to help. She was telling me that the person she was going to give my resume to was out of the office at the moment and when I asked if there was anyone else who can have a look at it and help connect me with a job and that b-word told me there was one but she won't take it because I'm "not qualified" and when I asked her what I'm not qualified for and she told me caregiving and healthcare and stuff like that. My resume CLEARLY states that I've been a caregiver for going on 10 years. When I bought that to her attention she agitatedly walked my resume to the bank spent quite some time back there finally came back up front and said t they'd be in contact with me. that was almost 2 months ago. they're like those teachers who refuse to do their jobs because wether they help find you a job or not they're still getting payed. I wouldn't say everyone here can eat an Oscar Mayer but a good majority of them can read more

Great help really attentive as soon as I walked in

Came into the office today for the very 1st time and I tell you, this staff is AWESOME. So friendly, helpful and delivers with such grace even under pressure. The office was full and the receptionist NEVER missed a beat done it with a smile on her face. Met my recruiter Andrea beautiful spirit. All I can say if you are looking for a place of employment, don't look any further Express Employment Professional is the place.. read more

Very professional. I've never had a better place of employment thru Express. Always helpful and caring staff.

Their service is horrible and they are unprofessional. They make you "update" your info as they call it after you've applied with them before and not a year has gone by, on top of they never call you for work. Then for those with backgrounds, they want you to explain it every 6 months, as if it isn't embarrassing enough the first time....and technically by California law they are not allowed to ask this. read more

Warning! Do not go to this place! This agency is horrible. Their customer service was extremely disappointing. My brother was there this morning and the person at the front desk was rude and when he asked for assistance with the computer they declined to help. They were not helpful! Don't waste your time and energy going to this place. Just head on to EDD. read more

Not sure why there are negative reviews. This agency got me a job within 1 day of applying and interview the same day. It was super fast and super convenient for me since I was in need of a job. The person I keep in contact with at Express has treated me so well and has tons of network connections. I honestly can't see why people have a hard time with them. They even helped my spouse the same day of asking if they had an opening at a specific job, they sure enough got us in withon a couple of hours. I recommend this place if you are in need of a job and is willing to do the work because they will send you to the job that you desire or specialize in with pride that they chose the right one to fill in the needed position. read more

They were very professional and offered answers to any questions. Every step of the process was completely explained. Definitely would recommend Express Pros! read more

Hate leaving bad reviews, but I am very disappointed. I recently moved to Visalia from L.A. I been waiting for someone to get back to me since May (we are now in August). I've emailed and texted for jobs and never get an answer. Worst experience I've had with an employment company. read more

Best place! 100% reccommend! Got me started with a very good job and best pay with the hrs I wanted! And the staff super friendly and helpful! Couldn't have had I better experience read more

Very helpful, and dedicated to my success in finding a job! The interview process was a breeze and I landed a job two weeks later! Thank you express employment! read more

Worst place ever! There communication is soo bad they will say they sent you emails and left voicemails when they don't. And they'll tell you it's ur bad communication but they can't prove the emails sent. And they will no longer help you search for a job. read more

I Would Really Like to Thank The Ladies from Express Hiring. They helped me so much with applying all my information I needed to look for a job. I would really Like to Specially Thank Nicole Hicks, Nicole Banuelos, & Michelle Ruiz for the Opportunity they gave me. They always stayed in contact with me through phone and especially Email. They always got back to me right away and assured me soon as they would hear something they would give me a call. It wasn't even a week and they called and assured me about a job they think would fit, they were right. I went in the next day for orientation and The Job was a perfect match, never been so Super Excited to start right away. Again Thank You Express Hiring for making me feel apart of your Family. read more

I've been at express for about a month. I have used this agency before in 2014 to find employment and they were really good back then. I had assignments every week and was not without employment for more than 2 days at a time. Now it's a different story. They don't return phone calls and if you call to speak to someone it's not going to happen because you will be directed to leave a voicemail no mater what. When I was in the office filling out paperwork I was there with a few other people and we were all waiting for almost an hour just to have our paperwork collected and told to wait for someone. Once I was called back I was told they could use my same file and that all I needed was to update my I9 paperwork. Wait for someone to call you...... 3 weeks later after leaving numerous calls I finally get ahold of someone before closing time and they told me to just come in and bring my i9 documents. I get there and once again I'm told to wait. And it's not like they were super busy. You could hear all the ladies just chatting away in the back. I'm very disappointed at the fact that you are just treated as another temp that's dispensable rather than an actual employee. read more

I can't say enough good things about this company. Nicole Hicks and Virginia Dennis went out of their way in helping me clean up my resume and finding a job. Within days, they had me sitting in a interview. Now I'm about to start a new position for an awesome company. They did all this while the COVID-19 pandemic was going on, so imagine what they can do for others when it's not! Highly professional and extremely great customer service! read more

This is probably the worst placement agency in visalia. The day I went to submit my resume was my best day in that office as I was treated very nicely by the front desk lady, she said she will review my resume and set an appointment ASAP. I called her every monday for my appoinment but she sounded as if she is annoyed with my call and she never called me back for job or appointment. So guyz never go to this Express Employment Professionals as they are not all professionals with any Express Employment. read more
